FFO MANAGER · ESTABLISHED 2007

Your club.
Your decisions.
Your next obsession.

You know the feeling. Your team needs a different shape. The wrong player is starting. There is a bargain out there nobody else has spotted.

In FFO, you get to do something about it. Take charge of a club, build a squad and test your decisions against other managers in a football world that keeps moving.

MORE THAN PICKING AN ELEVEN

Think like a manager. Build like an owner.

FFO is a community football management game. You manage through squad decisions, transfers and submitted team sheets, with matches simulated by the game engine. The people across the negotiating table and in the opposite dugout make every season different.

01 / THE SQUAD

Find your edge.

Balance specialist players, cover and potential. Decide who fits your tactics, who deserves their minutes and who can make way for the next signing.

02 / THE MARKET

Make the deal.

Negotiate with fellow managers, explore auctions and free agents, and make your budget work. A smart signing can change the direction of your club.

03 / THE MATCHDAY

Back your decisions.

Submit your team and tactics, then follow the match centre, results, tables and player statistics. Work out what went right, what went wrong and what comes next.

04 / THE LONG GAME

Build something that lasts.

Manage finances, develop academy players and plan your stadium. Write about your club, earn media credits and build a story that carries from one season to the next.

THE GAME BETWEEN THE GAMES

A rival today.
A transfer partner tomorrow.

FFO has been around since 2007. Its heart is the managers: the transfer conversations, the matchday reactions, the rivalries and the club stories.

You can put your own stamp on a club and become part of that community. Whether you love working the market, developing youngsters or getting the best out of an unfancied squad, there is a reason to come back for the next match.

Tell us which club you are interested in →

A few things you might be wondering.

Do I need previous experience?

No. Tell us you are new on the form. The rules and tools help you learn the game, and you can ask questions in the community while you get started.

What do I actually do each matchday?

Select your team and tactics and submit a team sheet before the deadline. Between matches, you can review performances, negotiate transfers and work on your club. The calendar and rules explain the schedule and requirements.

Can I choose my club?

You can tell us your preferences. A club depends on availability and agreement with FFO; registering interest does not reserve a particular team. If your first choice is unavailable, we can discuss alternatives or future vacancies.

What about the new leagues?

FFO is preparing League One and EFL3 to create more clubs and more opportunities to manage. They are planned as part of the main game, with the full management experience. Tell us if you are interested in one of these clubs; availability and the launch details will be confirmed by FFO.

Where can I see more before I decide?

Browse the clubs, explore matchday, read the rules, or drop into Discord and meet the managers.
