Blackburn Rovers Have some what been very active in the transfer market over the last few weeks and today we will break down the new signings and what they bring to the table in our push for champions league football for next season.

First up we have a change between the sticks, in Belgium international T Courtois joining the side on a 3 season contract, signing from falling Italian giants AS Roma in a swap deal that saw R Majecki leave Ewood park and Blackburn Rovers in a straight player swap exchange. T Courtois who has proven to be one of the best goal keepers across Europe immediately came in and was given the captains armband which saw him become a leader on and off the field and will be instrumental moving forward for the Lancashire based club and their push for the top eight.

A Cresswell has joined Blackburn Rovers from fellow Italian giants Fiorentina for a cash fee of twenty five million pounds and ha signed on until the end of the season with a clause added in for a further 1 year extension should the club wish to action it. He adds in some much needed experience and depth and brings a lot of stability to the team and will be a major boost in the dressing room for the other guys and those around him on the pitch and will be help the youngsters at the academy also.

M Helik has joined the club as part of a exchange deal and whilst the fans have very little information on the player to be excited about, it has been leaked the player is most likely to be used in a NBA way where he will not get to don the famous blue and white and will be exchanged away as part of other deals to assist the club moving forward.

Former Liverpool and AC Milan star Suso has joined the Ewood park club on a 3 year contract and will be look to work with reducing the burden off H M Son and M Salah by chipping in with some goals and assists. Suso is said to be relishing the opportunity of regular football and can not wait to put the jersey on and show the fans of exactly what he can do. Some fans are reserving judgement on the player until he shows but a lot of fans have already written him off but manager Tony Ayre has pleaded for patience with the attacking midfielder who can play anywhere across the midfield and up front.

K Mbabu has joined Blackburn Rovers from rivals Liverpool FC on a 4 year contract and fans cannot wait to see the superstar in action. Mbabu has become somewhat of a revelation and a superstar since joining the blue and white army and fans are said to be excited about his defensive awareness as well as his attacking ability at the other end expecting him to bring a new dimension to the Blackburn Rovers team and become there talisman Trent in blue and white.

Youngster S V Den Berg has penned a 5 year contract with the club after agreeing to join the Lancashire based side for what he described as personal reasons stating his relationship with his previous manager had hit an all time low with Graeme Edwards not showing any belief in him and his publicly dressing down of him has mentally ruined him and he had to get out of Anfield to not only save his career but save himself. He said he could not wait to play for a manager of Tony Ayres ability and is looking forward to meeting the fans and bringing his family to the club.

S M Savic has put pen to paper on a 3 year deal and signed from Liverpool to become the new rock in the number 6 position. Ayre has been a long term admirer of Savic, when he was back in Italy and when he was in Saudi Arabia and was said to be upset with the board that they failed in signing him in the pre season window but is ecstatic he gets to work with him now and use his ability to help Blackburn Rovers secure a top 8 spot.
Frankie De Jong will also join the Blue and white army from Liverpool and become our box to box war general and has signed a 4 year contract and will wear the number 8 shirt for the club. He said his reasons for joining the blue and white army were because he was excited about the ambition being shown by such a small club and he felt like he was just a number at Liverpool and he was not given a choice in the negotiations, simply told by Mr Edwards he will be leaving as part of a deal, and he had no desire to stay in a place where he was not wanted.

S Dembele will join the club from Stockport county. He has signed a 3 year deal and brings in zero reputation or knowledge and will add absolutely fuck all to the team. We had some clown called M Harness at the side who was not happy with his playing minutes and left the project in search of first team football. We thank mr Harness for his time and effort and wish him two broken legs in the near future and hope he does not get the first team football he was looking for.

A Hoffman has joined the club on a 2 month contract and was signed to make the league administrators happy. We didn’t want nor need him, but the league said we need to have twenty three men registered other wise we would face punishment so we signed him, He has been signed to a $0 contract and will be train away from the first team in case his shitty skills and poor football knowledge is contagious. He will not be offered a contract extension and has been asked to refrain from coming to the stadium on game days also.

J Wulff has been signed for similar reasons to that of S Dembele, we had another clown who has gotten too big for his boots and decided he is good enough to get first team football else where and has left. Freeman is not a professional football, he is Sunday league at best but we kept him around and he has screwed us over, Well he will find out that other clubs see him the same as we do and he will not feature for them either and instead will just be forgotten and win fuck all in his life… fucking dead beat dick head.

Spanish European champion R Le Normand will sign a 5 year contract and join the blue and white army on Sunday morning from Southampton. R Le Normand who is enjoying a really successful season so far agreed to join the Lancashire based club citing family reasons and the opportunity to link up with fellow country man Suso was an opportunity he could not miss. He is excited by the project and can not wait to lace his boots and give us his best efforts to help the side to finish as high as we can in the table at the end of the season.

L Ayling has left the club to join Fiorentina. He wasn’t even that good really tbh either. He was old and not getting better and will probably find him self on the sell now list before he knows it anyway.
Pedraza has left the club to join Fiorentina and like L Ayling he was fucking shite too. He was never first team material and was only at the club as back up to the back up. The fact we made profit on him makes us look very good in the transfer market.

L Sane has left the club to join Fiorentina, and whilst he showed us glimpses of brilliance he often went missing in matches and failed to deliver. He was always professional around the club and gave us one hundred percent, but sometimes that is not enough and we thought cashing in was best for everyone at this time.

J Grealish has left the club to join Liverpool, A lot of the pre season team building was done around jacky boy and the border line alcoholic has failed to deliver this season with a lot of drab performances and very little creativity. It was good business to move on now and we hope our good friend Mr Graeme Edwards has better luck getting something out of him, other than the previous nights drinks in vomit form.

D Dumfries was one of our best performers this season and a player the club, the staff and the fans will be sad to see go, he was never one to take the lime light or set the world on fire, but he was consistent and gave us 100% every week and was one of our biggest earners in terms of abs this season and we wish him all the best in his pursuit of trophies.

D Carlos has left to join Liverpool and we also thank him for his service. He was never a stand out performer for the blue and white army but he had it in his locker to be but his inconsistent form is what led to the negotiations being able to include him. On his day he was un playable and would stop almost anyway whilst popping up at the other end with some important goals and assists, unfortunately there was a few too many games where he was invisible and was at fault and has cost us some big points this season.

Fan favorite and Spanish European champion and former Man City great Rodri has also left to join Liverpool. He was a fairly new signing here for us but failed to settle in the city and found himself not being able to handle his drink and after 4 or 5 fan altercations on nights out he requested to be transfer listed, so we agreed and have reached an agreement with Liverpool for them to take him off our hands. Shitty man city scum bastard!
    • - - - - - - - - - - - - - Season overview - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

This season is proving to be competitive for the blue and white army as we currently find ourselves in 8th position yet some how, we are only 5 points off top spot. We have beaten the likes of Chelsea, Man City and arsenal and then go and lose to Everton and Cardiff (no disrespect intended) but If we are putting in the effort to beat the big boys we need to put in a bigger effort to beat those teams who we consider to be at the same level as us if we want to finish as high as we can. It has been a somewhat successful season but also a disaster at times. We hold the joint best defensive record but at the same time have the worst attack numbers wise in the top 10, which is an area we really need to improve as soon as possible.
We did well in our European campaign to get out of our group as table toppers but put in 2 under par performances to find ourselves eliminated at the first knockout hurdle by our close friend and rival Liverpool.
We have shown signs of Brilliance this season and we need to be more consistent across the board for any sort of success this season and hopefully the new boys can help us get there.
