Schalke new season transfer update
With new manager Mr Brennan joining in the off season there was an instant shake up of the squad.
everybody was up for sale and every deals was looked and considered.
we wanted to improve the squad and also bring down the overall age.
First up was the youngster 19 year old German midfield player Y Kabadayia, A very good player for now, but also comes with youth on his side, he has the ability to get them wonderful youth gains.
He could be a potential superstar in the future if he get good playing time etc.
He went up for sale as soon as I came in, Young players are hard to get and I wouldn't say they become available to often.
We weren't sure what to do and were open to all deals , We were looking at swaps or a cash sale. We had a lot of interest and lots of offers cash deals, swaps two for one etc
So in the end we agreed a deal and he went off to Millwall followed by defender H Matriciani and 35 year old forward S Terodde.
As part of mr brennans first ever deal in came forward T Bradshaw, Midfielders Z Flemming and G Honeyman along with defender K Wallace in the opposite direction.
With this deal we improved the playing staff and drastically reduced the age of the squad in most areas and they plan was beginning
to take shape.
next up we got and player swap with schalke have to add money as we we getting a new star player.
So we let go of the ageing German midfielder D Drexler to Real Sociedad,
A part of this deal we then secured the signing of top quality French forward M Dembele from Real Sociedad.
M Dembele is 27 years old and 20 rated he has come in to give us more firepower upfront. Mr Brennan hopes he can fire the team to greatness this season.
Loan singing J Bryan defender from Millwall was they last deal to date and he will give us an extra body at the back.
the squad is starting to look better now and we are on the way to what we want, better player and a reduced age.
We are still looking for deals and have players available for sale and swap.
We will consider swap for the below players
Midfielder M Kaminski 31 pol 1 16 13 5 23
Midfielder K Karaman 29 tur 1 3 16 12 24
Forward S Polter 31 ger 1 2 13 17 20
We will be looking for younger players similar rated, two for one deals or good cash offers etc.
We also want to upgrade between the sticks and are on the lookout for a new younger GK
We will be looking for a player swap plus cash deals two for one etc, we will see what's on offer as the season goes on.
