    The Swedish International has swapped Germany for England with The Gunners keen to bolster their front line which at times last season was under scrutiny by the Arsenal Manger. As a result, Noni Madueke will be leaving North London after just one season at the club following his controversial from rivals Spurs.

    Its clear that the gamble Arsenal made by allowing Gabriel Jesus to leave for Barcelona hasn't worked out and the paring of Chiesa and Madueke have failed to live up to the goal return that Jesus and Politano brought to the side, prompting Arsenal to get the deal over the line and bringing a very good player in Isak.

    A player that the club looked at towards the end of last season, it took some weeks before the two clubs opened talks regarding the deal but once agreed, left the Gunners delighted to have secured the signing.

    The Arsenal boss spoke this morning about the deal ;

    " In recent seasons, we have been renowned for scoring plenty of goals. We had Gabriel Jesus in the side who hit 35 plus season after season but we decided to go down a differnt route and it hasn't quite worked out the way we had hoped for. There is no doubt it, we are signing a top end striker, a position we have missed if we are honest and we hope he can get us back among the goals ".

    With the signing of Alexander Isak now now over the line, the Arsenal Manager has confirmed that he is the first of a number of players that will be arriving at the club.
