levekusen manager has been working hard to improve his squad and reduce the age of it aswell , but to do that i need to sell 1 of my big players to bring funds in and i have done that . i have managed to bring a top young player in to develop and get the age down and then also i have managed to sell 1 of my big players for big money which i couldnt really turn down . more news on it once the transfer have gone through to his respective club and the player has arrived at my club . i am quite happy with my team but i have 15 players who are 30 or over in my team and i need to get that down if possible either sell to a manager or sell to the shm list .i probably have 1 from each postion that i am happy with age wise and ratings wise but i have a lot of work to do before the season starts and hopefully i can get the players in that i want and need , more news to follow once the transfer windows open and i will also review my team ready for the new season ahead

i am happy with my keeper but i do need a better back up keeper so i will be scouring the market looking for 1

so i have managed to reduce the age a bit by selling a couple of my older players and bringing in vazquez and also through my youth smith who i am going to develop both them players as i look to the future

and while i am on my defenders i have named romero as my new captain who is the perfect choice for the role and i hope he thrives in it

i am happy with my strikers and with gakpo and martial my main 2 strikers then wooton and my new young player obikwu as back ups

since i last spoke i have managed to bring in a couple more players into the club to help with the depth and numbers as well so lets have a look who i have brought in

and all 3 players are actually better then some of the players i have now and will slot right in to my team and i will keep doing what i have to do to improve my team. hopefully i can bring at least 1 more in to improve my team and if i do i will have to sell to get funds and keep my players at 23

SO MORE TRANSFER deals have been done bringing in a better 2nd keeper and 2 middies in a 2 for 2 deal so lets have a look at these new deals

M_Turner 30 usa 21 1 1 1 29 788 who is a much better back up keeper then the 1 i had arrives from forest for 21 mil pounds

next up i did swap with a defender to bring a younger 1 in so this is the deal

SO the season has started and we are 2 league games in a cup game in and i am now back from holiday lets see how crap i have done .

LEAGUE MATCH 1

up 1st was a game away at psg a very tough game so lets see how we on

PSG 7 - 2 Bayer Leverkusen

well that says it all we got humiliated conceding 7 goals is pathetic and this proves that my team isnt up to scratch . we was 4 0 down before the half hour mark after my players give up , then 5 1 down at half time so game is over already . we did concede another 2 goals in the 2nd half and we did score 2 through gakpo but apart from that this was shit . if i have another shit season like i have done with my most of my esms games i will retire and give up , but its only 1 game so lets see how we get on through out the season .

so the next match was the efl cup and we was at home v lille i slightly rotated my team a bit so lets see how we got on with this game .

Round 1

Bayer Leverkusen 2 - 0 Lille

so we actually won this game with 2 goals in the 1st half winning it for us . so the 1st goal came in the 9th minute when meunier chipped the ball over the defence and found comesana with a great ball and he hit the shot with the outside of his foot which flew in to put us 1 0 up . then in the 37th minute man of the match meunier again involved in the goal as he played a ball through to morris and as there keeper came out he slide it past him to score his 1st goal for us and put us 2 0 up . thats how the scoreline stayed as we managed to see the game out and progress to the next round a much better performance from the lads .

so our next match was league match 2 and can we win our 1st game or will we lose again .

Round 2

Bayer Leverkusen 0 - 1 Napoli

so another defeat as we dominated the game as we had 18 attempts and 58% of the game and still lost which is not good enough , we need to be more clincal in front of goal and well win a game but we have only played 2 games so long way to go yet . we had enough chances to win 2 games let alone 1 game and my players will be in for shooting practice . to make it worse the napoli manager failed to turn up so we lost to a team not even managed , and they scored in the very last minute when okore got his head to a ball and hammered it home to give the napoli a undeserved win . so i need to do a much better going forward and try pull away from the bottom of the table and try and get my goal difference back up

after losing my 1st 2 games i have managed to win a game at the 3rd attempt with my new signing morris scoring the winner with 3 minutes to go in this crucial game . so after this win we get that monkey off my back and now move off the bottom of the league and hopefully we can kick on now . we did have a few chances to score but failed to take them and again martial doing nothing in this game , but now he has been sold . i thought it was going to end up in a well deserved point but with 3 minutes to go that changed . we had a corner which gapko took and it looked like it was going straight to the keeper but he misjudged the ball and it fell kindly to morris who wasnt going to miss and put the ball into the net to win the game for us . i took a chance bringing morris to the club from luton as he did well for me and he starting to settle down now at the club and prove an important player for us and hopefully he can start scoring more goals for us . but hopefully we can kick on now from this and start to move away from the bottom of the league .

so 2 players are leaving the club as i continue to freshen my side up so lets have a look at the deals

superb result and performance from the lads and again morris scoring the only goal as we progress to the 3rd round of the cup . we scored the only goal i nthe 34th minute when macallister showed some superb skill to get past his man and cross the ball into morris who had time to pick his spot and did it with ease to put us 1 0 up . after that it was superb defending to hold on to the lead back to the wall stuff at times as we managed to hold on a get a superb win . i brought smith and vazques into this game to give them valuable minutes and they were both superb especally smith at a young age . so after our 1st game of the season when well we got humilated we have improved a lot and hopefully we can improve even more and now start to kick on , we have now won 2 games on the bounce and hopefully thats give us confidence now to go on a little run

VERY HAPPY with the result and performance of the lads as we start to find some form now with another win . we took the lead after 8 minutes when comesana picked up the ball and ran forward with it and hit a low drive which flew in to put us 1 0 up great start . but in the 13th minute the away side drew level when y en nesyri ran at my defence played the ball out wide then ran into the area and as the ball was crossed in got his head to the ball and flicked a header towards goal which went in to level the scores at 1 1 game on again . but in the 16th minute we was awarded a pen when morris was fouled in the area by fofana and the ref booked him and give a pen which gakpo took and scored with ease to put us back into the lead at 2 1 . then in the 25th minute my defender got in on the act when meunier ran forward and from the egde of the box placed a shot into the corner of the goal to now make it 3 and surely give us the 3 points . after that i made a few chances to keep hold of the lead and keep it tight at the back , and i was delighted that the scoreline stayed the same and we get a very crucial and important win . this was a superb result for us as sevilla have a much better sqaud then us and every point is important before i play the better teams in this league , cause my aim 1st of all is not to get relegated and this helps towards that if we keep picking up huge wins .

i knew this would a hard game and so it proved as i thought we was going to hang for a very crucial point but the home side scored with 3 minutes to go . but there was some doubt about the winning goal when beason scored but there was an hint of offside about it but the goal was given . it was a very close game as we give it everything but in the end we didnt have enough to get anything from this game , if we play like this in everygame we play and hopefully we can finish in a respectable postion .

very happy with the result and perfomance of my team as we get a great win and 3 points , and the best thing about this result is that we even went 1 0 down . iheanacho scored 1st for the visitors i nthe 14th minute but we drew level in the 21st minute when weigl did a cheeky backheeled pass to soyunucu who scored to make it 1 1 , but we couldnt find another goal and the half time score stayed at 1 1 . we took the lead after 66 minutes when gakpo played a ball in to gagliardini who got on the end of the pass and got the shot away which there keeper fumbled and the ball ended up in the back of the net to put us 2 1 up . then 2 minutes after that we scored again to make it 3 when this time weigl was through on goal and as the keeper come out he lobbed it over him and put us 3 1 up great goal . then in the 82nd minute it was 4 when gakpo picked up a pass to score to surely make it game over . the away side did pull a goal back to make it 4 2 but overall it was a great win and a superb performance from the lads , lets try keep this performance up .

my poor continues now as we lose 2 games on the bounce and my poor form over the weekend continues as i lose 5 games out of 6 which is pathetic . we went a goal down after only 6 minutes when telemans got his head to a cross to score to make it 1 0 a very poor start from us . we had a chance to draw level in the 32nd minute when my player was fouled in the box but gakpo missed it as there keeper saved and then i knew it wasnt gojng to be our day , and thats the scoreline stayed at half time . we did draw level after 52 minutes when gakpo made up for his penalty miss when he curled a shot at goal which flew in to now make it 1 1 . but it didnt last to long when the away side retook the lead in the 55th minute when hlozek tryed to catch my keeper out and he did it so the score is now 1 2 to rangers . then to top it off it was 3 i nthe 70th minute when my keeper fouled telemans in the box and the ref give a pen which hlozek took and scored to now make it 3 1 and game over . so another pathetic result and performance by me as we go 2 without a win now which is standard for me but we should be really be beating teams at home , plus that was rangers 1st win of the season . we need to be better going forward if i want to stand any chance of staying in this league cause if i get another team relegated i will retire from esms

WE HAD THE cheek to take the lead in this game after only 1 minute but thats as good as it got against a much better madrid team , they scored 2 in the 1st half and 2 in the 2nd half to win the game 4 1 . so we have now gone 3 leagues without a win which is standard for me ,as we sit just 1 point from the bottom 4 . i need to start winning games otherwise i will do what i always do and thats get relegated and i dont want that again otherwise its time to retire

VERY happy a point away from home as i rotated my team like i do in every cup game as we got a well deserved point . we went a goal down after only 17 minutes when zapata hit a shot with the outside of his foot which flew in to put us a goal down . we drew level on the half hour when gagliardini was through on goal as he beat the off side trap and as the keeper came flying out he slid it past him to make it 1 1 . after that it was a fairly even game with both teams having chances but neither could find a winner so both teams had to settle for a point . so as it stands with 2 games played we have 4 points which isnt bad so its still all to play for , we have to improve and play better going forward but always happy with a point away from home

ANOTHER hulimating and pathetic defeat for my team as i now go 4 without a win this proves how shit i am and if it carries on time to retire from esms cause like i said i am shit . the game was over by half time as we conceded 5 1st half goals at home my players were booed off at half time as i become under pressure as we go on a poor run . think i might have to change formation going forward but i could play 8 at the back and still get battered , thats all i have to say cause i cant be arsed any more
