alzburg—The club press secretary announce that Dave Thacker will continue to be the club manager next season. Club insiders have been sending mixed signals about Thacker’s retention since the disaster mid-season slump. The manager has never wavered in his desire to continue. “I’m ecstatic that the board has given me a new contract for next season. Now that I know the club and the level of competition, it’s time to start laying the foundation that will eventually get us into EFL1.” Thacker plans on expanding is scouting department, and will invest heavily on more tools for strategy and analysis. What hasn’t discussed yet are transfers. RBS had one single transaction last season that probably didn’t need to happen. They’ll have to thin out the roster before they can build it back up. END
