Atletico Madrid have gone relatively early in naming their captain for the season - Vinicius Junior.
Manager Simon Marsh commented "We had options. We could have turned Musso into a 25-rated goalkeeper. Skriniar into a 23-rated tackler, Paqueta into a 21-rated passer or Vinicius into a 23-rated striker. We have had the bonus given to goalkeepers and we have strengthened in defence so we felt the better choice was to go for the striker. Goalkeepers will be harder to beat next season and so we are hoping Vinicius will lead from the front and get plenty of goals for the team".
