Sparta Manager Mr Brenna leaves by mutual agreement after slipping to 20th in EFL,
The Iron Sparta have won just one of their 13 league games this season; Brennan leaves after just over one year in charge of the club.
The 44 year old was appointed to the role at the start of season 4 after he left Schalke. Mr Brennan like to jump ship and is always looking for the next move up the ladder.
Sparta released an official statement confirming Brennan's departure, which read:
"Sparta Prague can confirm that Mr Brennan has left his role as manager by mutual agreement. The current campaign has clearly not progressed as anticipated,
and after holding amicable talks following another defeat, the board and Mr Brennan have agreed to part with immediate effect.
While the process to appoint a new manager is already under way we will have caretaker managers for the next few weeks."
Shortly after the news was announced, Mr Brennan released a statement of his own.
"It's been a privilege to manage Sparta, but now is the right time for me to move on, for the club and me.
"I'm really proud of what we achieved, not only winning one game in the league but we won a few cup games, It has been the most amazing experience!
"The club is in great shape, financially, in a really strong position with an exciting new stadium upgrade this year and the academy upgraded. I really hope I will be able to return as a fan."

Mr Brennan appointed new manager of Aston Villa.
Aston Villa have appointed Mr Brennan as manager following the last manager moving on to Roma.
Former Schalke boss Brennan, who had been in charge of Czech Republic club AC Sparta Praha will take over at Villa in Feb 2025
Mr Brennan, who would have been out of contract at Sparta next summer, will begin work this week.
In a press release Villa stated
" Aston Villa is delighted to announce the appointment of Mr Brennan as the club's new head coach.
"A highly experienced top level coach who has managed over 900 games, Brennan has also previously managed top teams in Leagues over the years.
"We could have not wished for a better man to understand what it takes to be manager of Villa, one who acts as an ambassador for the club and community in the glare of the world's media spotlight.
The club had also held talks with representatives of other available manger before settling for Mr Brennan.
Mr Brennan released a statement of his own after villa announced his appointment
“I’m ecstatic to be joining this football club
“This is a hugely exciting club whose core values align with mine. Speaking to the board was insightful and it was interesting to hear their vision.
“It’s not a club standing still and I feel the owner and I can really help the football club move forward. We’re at a crucial segment of the season, with opportunities all around us.”
Mr Brennan said there would be no settling-in period.
“We will commit 100 per cent of our efforts to producing an exciting football team that can achieve targets.
“I can’t wait to meet the supporters. The passion and enthusiasm are admirable and it will be a huge contributing factor in our success going forward.”
Mr Brennan has started with a loss Aston Villa 1 - 2 Chelsea and a great win Manchester City 0 - 1 Aston Villa
