MANCHESTER UNITED REACTED TO A MIDWEEK EUROPEAN DEFEAT BY BEATING BURNLEY 4-0 AT OLD TRAFFORD. UNITED CREATED A WHOLE HOST OF CHANCES IN THE GAME, GOALS FROM GAVI AND LUIS DIAZ IN THE FIRST HALF SETTLED THE TIE DOWN. LAT ON IN THE SECOND HALF YASER ASPRILLA AND JADON SLORY KILLED THE TIE, TO KEEP UNITED 3 POINTS BEHIND CITY AT THE TOP.

"We played an excellent game today but this kind of result makes me wonder what went wrong midweek. Some media outlets claim we're in the market which isn't true. I know we have to work with what we have and the players got sent out to prove a point and show their capabilities today and that they did.
