    Premier League Round Thirty Five - Spurs 1 - 1 Arsenal

    One the biggest fixtures in the season for both sides, The North London Derby was back upon Spurs and Arsenal locked horns for the second time this season with Spurs looking to revenge the defeat that Arsenal inflicted on them earlier in the season. Both sides sitting close in the table with three points being vital for both, despite both their efforts it was a point a piece and a share of the spoils as The Gunners let a goal lead slip to allow a late equaliser for the home side.

    The Arsenal boss spoke after the game ;

    " A huge game for both, the derby and after winning the first one, we knew that being away from home, they would be looking to do the job over us. Its always frustrating to allow a lead to slip away and after leading for long in the game, we had an eye on the win but Spurs have shown this season that you cant write them off and got the second goal which to be fair, they more than deserved. Tim is doing a fantastic job in his first season there and Im sure that a few more deals in the pre season and they will go from strength to strength ".

      Premiership Round Thirty Six - Arsenal 3 - 0 Burnley

      Next up for Arsenal was a visit to the Emirates from Burnley who have found this season a tough one and will no doubt wonder just how on earth they have not got going and now stare relegation down the throat but The Gunners inflicted more misery on them with a 3-0 win with goals coming from Reece James, Bakayo Saka and the in demand Ansu Fati. With just a few games left, Arsenal find themselves still chasing the top spots but the Manager has said after the game that whatever the outcome, its been a great season for his players ;

      " To still be in with a chance at winning the Premiership with so little games left is an achievement in itself and we just have to keep going until the final whistle and keep the momentum going. Its been a great season overall, Im sure we will rue the missed chances and defeats that we should have won but on the whole, Im very pleased. Todays result was pleasing but lets be honest, Burnley are so much better than their league position says and Im baffled as to how their season has gone but for today was all about the result and we got that ".

      The Arsenal boss also gave his view on pulling out of the race for the Bayern Munich job and confirms he did hold talks in Germany ;

      " Certainly a cracking job and one that I did have a huge interest in, a top young side and one that I feel I could have done very well with in a different league to what Ive managed in during my career in FFO but to be honest, after a lot of thought, decided that Id be best of staying in England which right now seems to be the place to be with so many Managers moving across from there ".

        Premier League Round Thirty Seven - Watford 0 - 3 Arsenal

        A convincing win for The Gunners has ensured that the race for the Premiership will go down until the final game of the season. A double for Aaron Hicky and one for Timo Werner completed the win for Arsenal who now sit just a point behind Liverpool going into the last round of games. The win sees Arsenal keep the decent run going that some weeks ago not many would see them involved in a title race or even in the betting.

        The Arsenal boss spoke after the game ;

        " We wont get carried away thats for sure. Certainly the best position we have been in, going into the final game with a chance but we need Liverpool to slip up and with Livi in charge, he will have his side very well set up for his game and while we of course wish him the best of luck, have a job to against West Ham and hope we better their result s still a huge ask with the possibility of us slipping to fifth if everything goes wrong so we cant take anything for granted ".

        With the players stepping up for the Manager who pledged his future to the club, it was the future of recent signing Ansu Fati who is getting all the headlines right now with the 22 year old being heavily linked with a move away with Juventus heading the list of clubs ready to sign him.

        The Arsenal boss spoke about the latest developments on Ansu Fati ;

        " The transfer rumour are certainly not affecting him and he will be in the side for the West Ham game. We have publicly said he is available and we have stated our asking price which as of now, hasnt been met. Ive seen and heard of Juventus claiming we have moved the goal posts and over valuing etc but surly to move a goal post is when we get offered our asking price and then claim to want more, certainly not the case. The club have told all three clubs what we want from each in order to sell but nobody has activated the release clause although one club has come very close, the Chairman will stick by the valuation which he feels is very fair ".
