EFL 1 has had the usually decline in Academy entrollment, but almost all of the the clubs in the league have more than the minimum academy players. Only three clubs have the minimum four players , which is fewer than than any other league. For EFL1, the distribution of players is spread more equally across the league. EFL1 also has the highest number of 20 year-olds that will be enrolled this season. There are seven keepers that will be 21 at EOS 5, only a few of them have a chance to be brought in with a 23 skill level.
