The Premiership managers also created an academy enrollment decline after the EOS activities. Prem managers pulled a few more players up than Champ. Going forward though, I think we're going to see a fewer players promoted. An example is the status of keepers. There are 15 keepers that could be promoted EOS 5, however the minimum skill for a Premiership keeper is 24, and it's unlikely that any of the keepers available at Season 5 EOS will meet that skill threshold, even with extra coaching. Keepers may need to same five years of training to be valuable in this top league.
