What If?
Just for a bit of fun and taking up the suggestion I’ve seen mentioned a few times and used in other esms leagues for the format of the league structure. It got me thinking what the league might look like in an alternate universe (MCU aren't the only ones that can think about multiverses lol) based on an amalgamated 64 team league with 4 divisions of 16 teams in each division purely based on the wages as they are currently shown on the website.
Those with an asterisk are those teams that have a caretaker in charge (hopefully I've not missed any).
