Youth Upgrades

Hello,

Just wondering if this preseason there will also be a chance to upgrade youth areas of the club? Scouting, coaching etc? Appreciate things won't open until the 20th but trying to plan out finances etc.

It all opens up the 20th November mate.

I am assuming it will be open for quite a bit for Clubs to accumulate funds
