    MANCHESTER UNITED 1-0 Bristol City

As you'd expect we dominated huge parts of the game and can only question ourselves for coming away with just one goal. There was moments in the game where to be honest it felt like Bristol might just get their equaliser but thankfully we kept them out. Ofcourse we got the 3 points we need, another domestic clean sheet, that's 6 in 9 games in the league, but we really have to start finding a more ruthless edge, and more so, goals from the front 2!

FA cup midweek before a tricky tie to the reigning Champions.

        Crystal Palace 2-2 Tottenham Hotspur

Well. As I said on discord, absolutely daylight robbery by us here. 0-2 down with five to play, down to ten men since the first half and not playing particularly well, and Adama Traore scores twice in the 86th minute to rescue something for us.

I can only apologise Tim, 99 times out of 100 you win that game.

          Premier League Game 9

          Wolves 1
          Nathan Tella (3)

          Blackburn Rovers 2
Wissam Ben Yedder (13), Clement Lenglet (20)

Booked: Leroy Sane (38), Kalvin Phillips (70), Nicky Cadden (77)

          HT: 1-2
          MotM: Clement Lenglet (Blackburn Rovers)

A tough game against a strong side that proved too much of a task for newly promoted Wolves. Didn’t help getting the tactics totally wrong. Blackburn Bastards (yes I am a real life Burnley supporter lol) were up for this game from the off and the early goal from Nathan Tella didn’t phase them or knock them out of their stride at all. Rovers dominated this game and rightly came away with the three points. Although they did also come away with three bookings.

          Very well played Chris.

The next game for Wolves sees the team travel to Craven Cottage for a FA Cup 3rd Round match up with Championship side Fulham.

            Liverpool 0 Southampton 2

Ever largening sections of our support booed us off the park after this one and it's little wonder as we're on a shocker of a run with 5 defeats in our last 6 league games.

We tried mixing things up from the start but despite it being N v N we conceded immediately and thereafter we never really looked like scoring (again), even managing to concede again later on after we'd gone all out attack. We did have the better of the stats but as has been said a thousand times there's only one stat that really matters.

A tricky trip away to our local rivals across Stanley Park in the FA Cup up next and if we lose that then it will be no exaggeration to say we'll be in the midst of a fully blown crisis. I need to get my act together pronto.

              Burnley 1 - 0 Chelsea

A game that I thought we should win as we are a better team, and if we don't win it - then we can pretty much write off a title challenge. To be in the hunt for titles you need to win games like this and so far this season we haven't been doing so. Burnley on the day, got their tactics right and deserved the win as much as it grates me to say it, but at least we beat a real life Dingle Bastard in Ray who has just outed himself, earlier in the season. Although, I think I already knew that, but we can take solace in that fact as we lost to the in game Dingles fair and square today.

                West Han United 2 - 2 Arsenal

The Gunners picked up a win in the last game against Liverpool when they didn't really deserve it but found themselves feeling the same frustrations as Liverpool felt as they outplayed a West Ham side at The London Stadium only to return back to North London with just a point,

Arsenal, despite playing so well found themselves two down after just nineteen minutes with goals from Isco and Konate giving the away side a mountain to climb but climb they did and goals from Saka and Lepanent saw the game end two a piece at half time. Despite more pressure from Arsenal they failed to take any more of their chances and a share of the points for each side was the outcome.

                The Arsenal boss spoke after the game ;

" We have to look at this as coming from two down to nick a point but we deserved more in all fairness. They have some great players and have made some good moves in the market and we did expect the worse when we conceded two so quick but we made a few changes to teh set up and got our selves well back into the game and although we get a point, we did deserve all three but even so, still a point away on the road ".
