    MANCHESTER UNITED 3-0 Cardiff City

It was a pretty formidable result and performance and I think we could argue we should've had more than the 3 goal we did but we only have ourselves to blame and must do better. It was a game where we knew we needed to win, was expected to win and also needed a big display with it and that's what we got. Performance wise we know we've not started the best but this could kick start us for the future. 3 new scorers on hand today is a good sign too for us, it was a day where we ticked a lot of boxes and with us trimming the squad down, we know more of what and where we are in terms of personnel so don't expect too much chopping and changing now.

We've kept 3 cleansheets in a row which we're very happy with, as we always say we keep going with some big ties forthcoming, notably in Europe.

      Burnley 3 - 2 Liverpool

A massive victory against one of best Prem sides and last season´s runner up. After 0 points from the three first matches we really needed this. We decided to change our line-up and tactics and went for 5-3-2 P / C with our academy DF Panucci in the starting line-up.

We managed to score two early goals by Boadu and Hummels with Liverpool´s Halifa making it a bit more dramatic just before the half-time. However, just 3 minutes after the start of the second half Bodau added another one giving us 3-1 lead. In minute 63 Liverpool threw everything into attack and scored to 3-2 in minute 65. Luckily, we continued to be the better side and managed to control the match.

Very happy with the result as well as the play. Hopefully we will be able to maintain our form for the upcoming games.

        Burnley 3 Liverpool 2

No complaints at the defeat, Burnley merited the win. I said in my last PMR we'd need to be at our best in this one and we most definitely were not.

Both sides set up almost identically with passing styles and Burnley got themselves into an early lead. They extended their advantage after changing to counter attacking but we pulled one back just before half time to give ourselves a chance. It was quickly 3-1 at the beginning of the 2nd half but we again gave ourselves a lifeline after going all out attack but that was as good as it got and Burnley deservedly saw the game out from there.

We lost a lot of games last season despite finishing 2nd and it hasn't taken us long to chalk up our first one of this campaign. Really not good enough.

          Chelsea 3 - 0 Blackburn Rovers

Comfortable win over my hometown club. We predicted that the Rovers random would be 442D (as it often seems to be!), and went for the more shots and hope opton. We managed to break the seal with two early goals. The random doesn't change tactic because it's dumb so it lead to a boring game. Doku added his 2nd goal for a 3rd late on and we pick up three points to bring us our first win of the season.

            Crystal Palace 1

            C_Traore (52)

            Booked: J_Moder (43), C_Cresswell (51)

            HT: 1-0
            MotM: Adama_Traore (Crystal Palace)

Wasn’t sure what to expect here with Palace’s new manager and with striker Nicolas Jackson missing this looked a tough game for Wolves. This was a game of missed opportunities as Joao Pedro had the chance to put Wolves ahead on 14 minutes when Matheus Cunha was brought down, but he failed to hit the target and blazed it over the top. 14 minutes later the tables turned as Palace were awarded a penalty that Adama Traore made no mistake with and duly put Palace into the lead. Wolves defender Pascal Struijk took a long throw, and it fell nicely for Chaka Traore in the Palace box who hit it sweetly to drag Wolves back into the game. Possession wise there was never much between the two sides, but Palace will be rueing their missed opportunities in front of goal having had twelve shots on target compared to Wolves meagre five.

Played Rob and welcome to FFO.

              Spurs 1 - 1 Arsenal

The first North London derby of the season ends with a point a piece and a result that we cant really have any arguments with. Limited to just one shot on target with that being a penalty is poor from us with the attack minded players that we we have but credit to Spurs for making it tough for us to get shots at their goal.

With Gomez and Rashford not in the starting line up following their move away, it was Rashfords replacement Giminez who got a debut goal from the spot and in terms of anything else for us, that was as good as it got. Hickey getting sent off was far from ideal but luckily we held on for a decent point against the Champions.

The first derby out of the way and looking at it, a point is a great result for us with how poor we were in the final third and going down to ten men so we will take it and scarper .

Played Tim, best of luck for the season mate.
