PSV Eindhoven 2-3 SHAKHTAR DONETSK

From being in such a comfortable position we tried to throw this one away. We managed to go 3 up, looked comfortable and played well but almost imploded with us conceding 2 late goals. The first three quarters of the game was positive, very positive and it looked like we might be in for a needed and respectable scoreline. The last quarter on the other hand made for long reading for sure. We're happy though to get the win and three points and have a fit squad for midweek and will certainly take the positives from the game.

Wolfsburg 3-1 Dortmund

A solid three points to take us into the playoffs, it’s been a mixed start to the season but in both cups and on 12 points will be good for the cashflow and that’s good for the youth team.

Vinicius came up trumps in this match, getting two goals and helping us again, 10 for the season so far, top signing.

Picking up a point away from home is always welcome, especially after going behind early.
We kept ourselves in the game and were level before the break.
When they went down to 10 there was hope that we could pick up a win but in the end a draw seemed like a fair result.
