    MANCHESTER UNITED 1-2 Arsenal

Another frustrating game where we surrendered the lead and I felt we deserved more than we got. I did feel we was the better team but our toothless attack and holey defence which has cost us already at times this year strikes back. We find ourselves 6 points behind the top, we're pretty much out of the title race and need to take a long hard look at ourselves, we haven't been good enough in the end product this season. Even when we countered Arsenal we didn't take advantage at any point, it is the story of our season in a nutshell.

      Newcastle United 2 - 3 Watford

A shameful performance in front of our fans in this one. We felt like we would get away with playing A, and in the end Watford played the same tactic however, just 11 minutes into the game we fell behind.
We pulled level with 7 minutes to go until half time and tried to build on that but we didn't even get to half time level as our opponents made it 2-1 in added time.

Into the second half and after 10 minutes, Watford tried to seal the win by changing tactics to C while we stuck with A and it went from bad to worse for us as they made it 3-1 just 5 minutes later.
We pulled one back with around 15 minutes to play but we couldn't find a 3rd and went on to lose the game.

Statistically we were the better team, so this one hurts.

      Good game Lauris.

        Manchester United 1 - 2 Arsenal

Our hosts were a bit better than us in this one but we managed to claw back from a goal down to get a massive three points away from home. With other results going our way too, this win, which makes it three on the spin couldn't have come at a better time.

At half time we went in a goal down but turned the game on its head with Thuram shortly after the restart and the winner came from a former red devil, Saka who is starting to hit some form for us.

The win moves us up into fourth spot now very close on the coat tails of Leeds and Man City who we have next. We did the double of the Merseyside teams in the last couple of weeks so will be hoping to make a Manchester double.

        Played Stevo.

          Spurs 3 - 1 Chelsea

Outplayed on the day and no excuses we got beat plain and simple. Counting down now until the EOS and the CL Final were we will try to have a shot at glory. Not too fussed about the league at the moment other than trying to level up players. GG Tim.

            Cardiff City 0 Liverpool 5

As dominant an away performance as we could ever hope for really. Saw the defensive counter attack approach from Cardiff coming and started with an E tactic that has really served us well this season and Rashford scored early. We were 2-0 up midway through the 1st half when Cardiff had the misfortune to have their best defender sent off and we capitalised with 3 further goals and looking at the stats it was pretty much deserved.

Cardiff stole a point from us at Anfield earlier in the season so it was good to avenge that. Talking of avenging things next up it's Leicester at home who thumped us 4-0 at their gaff in the first round of games so that's certainly something we'd like to try and put right. We've 2 players out which doesn't help but we've suddenly found ourselves top of the table with only 7 games remaining so if we are serious about winning the title this is a game that we have to find a way to get the 3 points from.

              Aston Villa 0 - 1 Sheffield Wednesday

This one was a dirty struggle of a game that Wednesday had to dig deep to hold onto. A great start through H_Mkhitaryan (4) making his first start under Marsh resulted in Villa pressure. A double sending off meant the game was playing out 10 v 10 with Dier getting his marching orders for the Owls. Hold on though did Wednesday for back to back wins.

Caretaker manager Simon Marsh commented "Well well well. We didnt expect another win with a weakened outfit but that is huge and keeps the season alive. Six points from safety, with 21 points still to play for. We probably need another 13-14 points to have a chance so the chances are massively against us but we live to fight on".

Wendell 338/ 360 = 4.38 minutes per game is the only player who now needs minutes.
