    Chelsea 1 - 3 Man City

Very even game on shots, we edged the passes. Looks like City made more tackles than us, and that was the difference in this one. The extra bit of class perhaps from City was the edge needed. Still looking tight at the top, but Chelsea can now conceed any hopes of an outside bet for the title being 10 behind with 10 to play, and must look to get back to winning ways to tuck back into the pack.

5 vs 2 shots on target.

Same story from my lads we're just not clinical.
Hoping salah can change this up.

        Sheffield Wednesday 1-1 MANCHESTER UNITED

We dominated the tie, but such is our form we lacked the killer edge and settle for a draw. The Owls are right down the table and I feel this is another game where we've dropped points. We've gone from being top to 4 behind, recently and it simply isn't good enough.

I don't know what more we could've done today on paper. I though we did enough but poor finishing is costing us at the minute. We'll think about what the plan is for the latter parts of the season, we may make some changes to hope to improve the form as we get to the home straight.

          Sheffield Wednesday 1 - 1 Manchester United

When Dier scored against the run of play Wednesday were threatening to finally win a game but the lead lasted only 3 minutes and a 1-1 scoreline. Wednesday to be fair in this game were outplayed for the majority against a side chasing the title.

Caretaker manager Simon Marsh record stands at Played 8 Won 0 Drawn 6 lost 2. 0.75 points per game as opposed to 0.55 under the Bradwell management.

Danilo needs 98 at 9.80 per game
Wendell needs 78 at 7.80 per game
Hogan needs 297 at 29.70 per game
Mendy needs 16 at 1.60 per game.

            Newcastle United 1 - 0 Leicester City

A solid victory over a solid team & manager. We set up with a passing formation and Leicester City came to play the same way.

This led to an even game but just before the 70th minute we took the lead with the games only goal as we held on for a valuable 3 points.

Statistically we were just about the better team so we’ll take it.
We’re not far from the Champions League places now so we’ll have to keep going in order to catch the likes of Southampton.

            Good game Darren

              Liverpool 2 Everton 1

Had bad vibes about this one for some reason. We've been going well and Everton haven't and I expected us to be countered which we were and I just had a feeling we might get tripped up but thankfully we managed to squeeze over the line and we certainly deserved to.

Rodri and Rashford with the goals early in the 2nd half although we had a nervous last 20 after they pulled one back. A good derby win to keep us level on points with City who as expected made light work of the Spice Girls. Leeds won again too though and you wouldn't count Man Utd and Spurs out either.

Extremely tough fixtures for us next week with Arsenal and Man City to play. With games rapidly running out the outcome of these fixtures certainly take on added significance.

                Barnsley 2 - 0 Arsenal

After losing the London derby against Chelsea in the last round by a cricket score, we needed to get back to winning ways and next up, a fixture that has actually proven tough for us in seasons gone by but none the less, a game we should be walking away with all three points from but the story didn't end that way as we slumped to another defeat.

I think we played well enough in this one to get a draw but it wasn't a two nil defeat really but it is what it is and we have to dust ourselves down now and move on to another tough game in the next round with Liverpool coming to North London with us badly needing something from this one.
