What an exciting game, won with the last kick of the match!
Luton were undoubtably helped by Fulham manager Joe going AWOL, last rumoured to be seen in a bar in Thailand surrounded by young ladies. Despite the T however, Luton made hard work of it, going behind 3 times before equalising in the 83rd minute, and scoring an injury time winner.
Florentino was man of the match, and there were also great performances from Davies and Awoniyi.
This moves Luton up to 5th at nearly the half way point, way better than was expected.
Next week sees a great young keeper arrive, and Soares depart for Man City, with more transfers possibly lined up too.
Things are bright, things are Orange!
Another quality result for Brentford which takes them up to 10th in the table and just 5 points off the top 6.
We started out giving up TA and after an opening in which Huddersfield controlled the game, it was us who took the lead just 12 minutes into the game.
We switched to C and Huddersfield continued to be the better team and 3 minutes before the game, the hosts pulled level.
We switched back to P, half time came & went and it looked as if the game was going to end a draw until youth A_Hierro gave us all 3 points 4 minutes into stoppage time.
Statistically Huddersfield were the better team so we were fortunate this time, good game Guillaume.
Against a manager I have a lot of respect for, this was an excellent result. Harsh on Wolves but ultimately we were more clinical (unusual this season) and got a big win. Scarlett and Diarra netted the goals for us with the former in particular having a brilliant game.
Played Ray.
