Teamsheets MUST be in by 3pm on Game Day
BONANZA DETAILS COMING SOON
Another good win which helps us move up the table even further. Both teams set up with C and WBA took the lead with the first action of the game and we were left chasing the game.
We switched to A and within 15 minutes we were level in the game and we switched back to C and took the lead 7 minutes later. At this point we tried to see out the game by playing D vs WBA's P and that's exactly what we did.
We ran out 2-1 winners and statistically it was a fairly even game so we're delighted to get over the line and win our 3rd game since I took charge.
Well beaten away at Bramall Lane. Can't be too harsh on the team, up against a superior squad in terms of quality and they also had home advantage. Would have liked if we'd been stronger defensively but we did battle to try get back into the game and our second half showing was a lot better. We move on and will put our concentration into getting three points in our next fixture.
We sneaked a close game here, as both sides put in a decent performance.
It started P v P and the stats were fairly close at the end of the game, but Luton were a little more clinical.
We had a weakened side out with the sale of Zielinkski and suspension of Camus, so it was more by necessity we switched to a 523 formation, and the strikers did well, with Awoniyi netting the winner.
Hopefully we can spend our cash wisely to build the side, and also build on the current 7th place.
unlucky Derek
