    MANCHESTER UNITED 2-0 Crystal Palace

Another game where we needed to be more ruthless but have to settle for a close scoreline until injury time. We commanded the game, got everything right but didn't kill the game early enough and as the tie went on we did look to cash out but stole a late second. We dominated the tie and there was some great displays from the new players, a great start but need to give more of it as we run on through the season.

      Spurs 3 Man City 0

Best result and performance so far for us against the champions. We just turned up and dominated from the start, got the tactics right again and a dream game for us tbh. Cheers Nick

Lost to bottom side, and we were at home, and with more chances. One win in 7. Relegation from now. From the highs of defeating the big clubs… man city Arsenal Chelsea… to zero wins over the bottom 5. Love esms

        West Ham 0 Liverpool 2

A good away win for us although I think looking at the stats the result is a little harsh on Todd and his troops. That said we changed things up again tactically with a passing approach and had the bonus as we went 2-0 up after half an hour. Thereafter West Ham changed to all out attack but we kept them at bay with my old mucker Bolat rolling back the years between the sticks.

As usual there's always a downside and the sending off of Savic midway through the 2nd half means we'll be deprived of both our starting GK and best DM for the must win trip to Monaco in the DPT on Wednesday. To be fair it pretty much forces us to play all of our attacking players and given that Monaco are so well drilled and difficult to score against maybe that won't be a bad thing.

A win which sees us climb up the table a little and after a really poor start to the campaign we are now in fairly decent shape approaching the half way mark.

        Unlucky Todd.

            Burnley 2 - 1 Arsenal

A bit of tough result to take this after being the better of the two sides but losing to a 92nd minute goal. There is no doubt about that the current league position Burnley find themselves in is a alse one and they are much better than the engine currently sees them as, just look at last season, make the Champions League to a massive struggle to their first half of the season so we kew that it would be tough but to dominate the game away from home and lose so late on is always is a tough pill to swallow.

The bonus for us from the game is that Ansu Fati had a great game, scoring and getting the man of the match but its a shame that his performance didn't get us the result we deserved.

As we approach the half way point, we sit in a good league position so overall, its not been to bad.

            Played Simon.

              Chelsea 2 - 1 Leeds United

A massive game towards the top of the league and a big win for Chelsea over Leeds. Two more goals from Odegaard cancelled out an early Leeds goal from old Chelsea player Fekir. Odeegaard himself was bought by Talbot from Leeds in pre season and he sure came back to haunt Tim Davey in this game. Davey meanwhile has been very quiet since this result, although I suspect he is just busy with life.
