Real Madrid 5-3 AC Millan

A high scoring game played out here mainly due to the tactics deployed by both teams. I was a bit nervous going into this game because we had chosen to pay an attacking style and also because that AC Millan outfit are no mugs. Must say it was a bit of a surprise when I saw that AC had adopted the same strategy and to be honest they gave us a scare. We went into a three gal lead and everything looked rosy at that point but Millan got two gals back to make it rather uncomfortable for us. There was further goals from both teams and we came out of it fairly comfortably in the end but have I to say it was a close shave.

Juventus 2 - 1 Roma

A solid win against a rebuilding Roma team. We saw the P tactic coming a mile off because that’s all they play, so C was the obvious choice for us.

After controlling the first 30 minutes, we had a scare just 2 minutes later as Roma had an effort cleared off of the line. The away fans claimed it crossed the line however it didn’t and 7 minutes later we took the lead, shortly before the break through Joao_Felix.

We took a narrow lead into half time and in the second half the visitors came at us and were level inside the first 5 minutes of the half.

The trend of us controlling the game continued and with less than 20 minutes to play, we scored the games third and final goal to edge ahead 2-1. Roma never switched from P and we never switched from C and we ran out winners.

Statistically we were the better team and deserved the win. Good game Hamza
