    Leicester 4 Liverpool 0

    We've played well of late without always getting the rewards we merited but there's no sugar coating this one - we were pathetic and deserved all we got. Nothing but credit to Leicester who got more out of their less talented players by a country mile.

    Fair to say we just haven't been able to get a passing style going effectively since my arrival here - even the old and faithful 523P failed miserably tonight.

    We get old man Hummels back for our next game which is a must win European fixture with Rangers. We're going to have to improve massively to get a positive result in that one but we'll get down to preparing for them and try to put this absolute shambles behind us.

      MANCHESTER UNITED 1-1 Blackburn Rovers

      Another game where we didn't finish with 11 men, and it cost us again. We controlled the first half and once we took the lead we changed up our approach. Right after half time, De Ligt was given his marching orders and that completely changed the second half. As a result, we got countered and again, a man light at the back gave Rovers more joy and they eventually levelled the tie. It was another game of two halves, and this one is frustrating again. We've dropped too many points recently and it feels somewhat self inflicted. On the game, given the conext, Rovers did deserve something, but had we stayed with 11 men I doubt they'd have had as many gaps to play through.

      We miss De Ligt for 2 huge games, having only just got him back from a ban.

        Cardiff City 4 - 0 Everton

        Cardiff City secured a dominant 4-0 victory over Everton at the Cardiff City Stadium, with Manager Matt Rose's tactical approach paying off handsomely. The home side took the lead just before half-time when M_Politano converted a well-worked free kick in the 47th minute. Cardiff doubled their advantage shortly after the break, with D_Zapata finishing with style after Marcao's red card left Everton a man down. T_Lockyer added a third goal in the 59th minute, capitalising on a rare error by D_de_Gea. M_Politano sealed the victory with his second of the night in the 83rd minute, showcasing his clinical finishing.

        Despite losing D_Zapata to injury, Cardiff maintained their composure and dominated the game, with M_Politano earning the Man of the Match award. Rose praised his team's discipline and execution, particularly in defence, where R_Allsop made several crucial saves to keep a clean sheet.

          Burnley 6 - 6 Chelsea

          A twelve goal thriller at Turf Moor!

          We went one nil down early on, but once we equalised we was always in front, leading 1-2, 2-3, 3-4, 4-5, 5-6 at various parts of the game. Twice we got ahead in the final back stretch of the game and I would have expected our C to hold out for the win but not the case as Burnley pegged us back every time. A very entertaining game, but one that we should have won really with a shot count of 22 - 29 and 60% of the ball. Still a point at Burnley is not to be sniffed at, they seem to be in a bit of a false position at the moment towards the bottom. We climb up to 6th with the point and things are looking much better than they was a couple of weeks ago.

            Manchester City 2 - 2 Arsenal

            Back to back games in Manchester and another point secured by our freebie youth Houben who makes its two in two scoring vital goals in both games after coming on as a sub. One of the harsest fixtures in the league season for any side so a point away is always a solid result especially after going two goals down so well pleased to get back level and take something from the game that City were the better side in. A debut goal for Michael Olise and man of the match was certainly a high point but a low being the injury to Timo Werner.

              Spurs 2 Barnsley 1

              Great result for us against a team like us who are punching well above. When Calabria saw red it looked iffy especially when they scored but Bailey came back to life and a dream end/start for Hojlund. Gg ant cheers
