Expected to face a counter attacking approach given it served Rangers well against PSG on Monday. Still, we played a passing style albeit a more conservative one but went behind early and Rangers immediately rolled out the D and I thought here we go.

We equalised around the half hour mark but Rangers persisted with the D making for a pretty drab encounter. We switched to attacking later on but couldn't find a winner and so it's played 3 drawn 3 from us so far. We could be the first ever team to be eliminated without losing a game at this rate. Monaco were gifted 3 points in the other game in the group due to a Southampton no show so it's all very tight.

An injury to our GK is a bit of a pain and so it'll be the back up between the sticks in our league game against Cardiff on Friday. We shelled out 12.5m for him for this exact scenario so hopefully he can repay us with a decent performance.
