Why can't we play like this in the league?
We decided to say feck it, and play A, given City often play E, and it was an open game, with them switching to A as well.
There were many chances, and Coutinho was on fire, scoring all 4 goals for Fiorentina!
The score line was quite harsh, given City created chances too, but we will take it, ul dude.
Doing well in the DBC, hopefully we can wrap up the next round soon so we can play some squaddies.
It was a cagey CvC but we got the much needed goal to keep our cup dreams alive. Still an uphill battle given the quality in this group, but we have opportunities.
Cardiff City, led by Manager Matt Rose, claimed an emphatic 5-2 victory against Real Betis. The match saw Cardiff take an early lead through M_Brozovic in the 5th minute, followed by a cheeky finish from T_Lemar in the 26th minute to make it 2-0. Although Betis responded with a goal from T_Abraham, Cardiff remained composed, with D_Zapata restoring their two-goal cushion in the 69th minute. Cardiff's dominance continued as T_Lemar scored again before a final goal sealed by I_Gueye late in the match. Despite a second Betis goal, Cardiff's solid tactics and clinical finishing ensured a comprehensive win. Rose’s strategic changes, particularly in the midfield, played a crucial role in Cardiff’s commanding performance, securing an impressive 5-2 victory.
