    Barnsley 1-2 Bayern Munich

Incredible that we are playing such a big club, thanks to qualifying last season. Went in with HA and TA but the German Giants scored first, we then changed it up and the game ran away from us, and we were a tad fortunate to grab one back near the end. GG Jon. Very tough from here for Barnsley to try qualify having lost at home.

      Atletico Madrid 0 Spurs 0

A great result for us against stronger opposition in my first foray back iunto Europe. We started with the TA, and although they had a few more chances than us this could have gone either way - ultimately very happy with a point in the Wanda Metropolitano. I think this group could go all the way to the end being tight so a point is a good start, good game Marshy cheers

        Atletico Madrid 0 Tottenham 0

Atletico entered the DPT with an envious eye on those involved in the Champions League. Hopefully the DPT competition will be a one-off pitstop that can be enjoyed this season.
First up was Tottenham a side riding high in 2nd place in the Premier League but one that was not rated well by Ed. A shot count of 22-15 gave an entertaining game but strangely neither side could find the back of the net and night belonged to Munich who won at Barnsley

Manager Simon Marsh commented "Last game out attacking function was spot on and our goalkeeping fuction awful. It was roles reversed tonight. How we didnt score with the better attacking players on the field from 22 shots is incredibly bad luck from the gods. Tottenham will feel they could have nicked a result but we are firmly cheesed off with this one. Its quite an emphatic difference in chances and really should have won the game. The season is giving me more headaches as try to find some answers. We improve the team without improving results".

        Good game Timbro
