    MANCHESTER UNITED 1-5 Arsenal

We had to win, and city drop points and effectively, that didn't happen.

We did think Arsenal would counter us and it was a classic scenario where the E tactic didn't work and we dropped to a 3-1 half time deficit. Second half we threw everything at them and it just played into their hands. On the day we have no complaints we got picked off in the end,and it has been a ritual of our season where when we lose we do so comprehensively, especially against counter attacking football, I've said it before I'll say it again, it always seems to be our Achilles heal.

It is a shame of a way to end the season but in reality we never expected Rovers to get the result, but finishing second is a good year for sure, we just have to hope for better fortunes come the cup final.

Thanks to JB for running the league, and well done to Nick on another deserved championship.

Heres an idea of how close we have been all season, we gave it a go but yea not good enough.

      Aston Villa 3-0 Crystal Palace

Strongly suspected that we would face a C tactic so tried an E for a change. We got the breakthrough and from that point on pretty much dominated the game taking a well deserved victory to finish in ninth place which at one point looked an impossible task.

Congrats to Nick for reclaiming the Premier League tittle and hard luck to Steve for running him so close.

Finally a big thanks again to JB and the rest of the match runners for once again doing us all so proud. Incredible work.

Well an abysmal end to the season dropping down to the Champ with a whimper!

Despite that I've enjoyed my run in the Prem and especially our good early season form. But two points from our last 12 games was always going to see us drop.

Most importantly though congratulations to Nick for another title and Steve for running him very close.

Many thanks to JB (for the game as a whole), John and Nick for running the games.

            Man Utd 1 - 5 Arsenal

A great win to end the season against a side that went into it with a chance of winning the title had other results went their way but we returned back to North London with one of our results of the season in the bag. A result that we more than deserved just sums our season up, we can mix it with the better sides in the league but seem to struggle against the so called ' beatable ' sides and that has been the case for a few seasons now.

Glad to see the back of the season in all honesty, it should have been enjoyable but at times its been anything but. Time to have break from it now and see whats what.

Well done Nick on another title and unlucky to Steve, a great title run in by you both.

Lastly, cheers JB for running games, great stuff as usual.

            Cheers lads.
