    SHAKHTAR DONETSK 0-0 Frankfurt

Missing 2 of our best, well better, defenders against a side chasing the automatic promotion spots, I'd say this was a great result for us. 2 clean sheets back to back is something we'll take and of course we wanted 3 points but in the circumstance, yes 1 point is a very good day. We stay where we are, and now the max we can realistically get is a top 9, which will be a big ask given the two games we have left. But as has been our motto, we give it a go and we'll get what we can.

Not much more to add really on this one.

      Sevilla 2 - 2 Feyenoord

An injury in the 56th minute ends A_Muric’s season. Feyenoords no1 keeper will be sidelined for 3 weeks after contorting his body in an attempt to catch a loose ball. Sevilla took a commanding lead early in the first half, scoring in the 6th and 30th minutes. Not to be outdone, the Tubboys gave a little show of their own, edging ever closer in the 45th and then levelling the scoreline in the 64th. The goal scorers were T_Aldrweireld, W_Jose for the hosts and M_Pederson, S_Szymanski for the visitors.

With Feyenoord dropping into fifth spot in the EFL2 and almost out of contention, what will A_Muric’s season ending injury spell for the tubboys? As one pundit blurted out, “If their chances were slim prior, what hope do they have now.” Feel free to comment.

Feyenoord will have to find a way to make due, they’re next two matches will not be easy, Monday at home to Sparta Prague and Wednesday, a short flight to Lyon for a season ending encounter at the Groupama Stadium against Olympique Lyonnais.

        Fiorentina 0-3 Real Betis

What a shocker. Not many saw this result coming, with Fiorentina expected to party their way to promotion.
Maybe complacency has set in, maybe the jitters?
In reality though it was a very wierd result based on the stats, which Fiorentina led in all areas, and how did we not score from 29 shots? I guess we've used up all our goals in the two big home wins recently. I suspect their keeper was on steroids though, making 20 saves in the match.
To be fair though, all kudo to Betis who came and attacked and made a really open game of it, and they got their reward.
Fortunately again, not many of the surrounding teams made the most of the slip, so it's still the purple ones to lose.

Positives - Lots of abs, still top
        Downsides - everything else!

So... where does that leave things? A crucial next round match away to third place Atalanta that's what!
It will certainly make for an entertaining last round of matches if it's all to play for still, though that kind of excitement is not exactly wanted!

Travis - I think you'll still make the playoffs, Valencia have to win both remaining matches to overtake you.

Yeah, what do you mean? It could be all to play for last game if atalanta beat me next game, and Sevilla win.
