Juventus 2 - 0 Monaco
A straight forward win/performance for us today as we head into the final.
This competition hasn’t always been kind to us but the run it’s taken us on this season shows that things may have changed.
We lined up with a P tactic expecting C from Monaco but they shocked us with a P tactic of their own.
The first 20 minutes were back and forth but it was us who took the lead and then doubled that lead in first half injury time to give us a comfortable lead.
We went in search of a third by playing A but 2 was all we managed and that was good enough as we won 2-0 to set up a date with PSG in the final.
Statistically it was a fairly even game but after recent games where I feel we deserved more, we’ll take it.
