BONANZA DETAILS COMING SOON
Well I thought we set up right, but we conceded the first action of the game, and then a tactical change just killed us in the opening 10 minutes.
It was another game where the tactical advantage really kicked in against us (very typical of our form last season), and we can't say much more. We didn't deserve to get anything out of this game, the first league defeat of the season and a poor one really given some of the displays we've put in domestically. We've got Roma next so we need to wake up quick, given we're one result down in Europe already.
Hopefully, brush it under the carpet, take a breath and put it right!
Took the lead twice in this game to be very quickly pegged back on both occasions. At the end of normal time the game looked like ending up in stalemate but up popped the home team with a winner in time added on. Another defeat for us but a great result for Wolves
Even this early in the season, one hell of a result. Didnt expect it, but the plan worked, and we beat the best team in ffo in their own back yard. It hasnt sunk in yet, but we move on. Unlucky Mate I think you deserved something out of the game.
Two goals in the space on fifteen minutes decided this one and despite plenty of more chances for both sides, it ended a draw which is still a good result away from at Anfield, a place we have had mixed fortunes at over the season. Disappointing to lose Raum for couple of games as he has been in great form this season so he wont be available for the next couple but on the whole, decent result that still sees us unbeaten after seven games now. Played mate.
