Teamsheets MUST be in by 3pm on Game Day
BONANZA DETAILS COMING SOON
I can't even say that I'm too disheartened with this one. The fact is again, we played a team who are probably man for man a skill better so to come and score two goals is a nice little positive with what we have.Port managed more shots and ofcourse scored more from those chances but we gave in my opinion a good showing of ourselves and we can take some further positives from the tie against a team who will surely be up there come the end of the season.
Yes, it's another away loss but with some changes happening this week, and hopefully if we get a few to rate up we might get a little bit more from some matches.
We're right down the league now after 6 games but that's no surprise given the squad we have, but I certainly believe we can achieve what I expect of us. We'll keep going, keep working and results will come.
Entertaining game, which didn't quite go our way. It didn't look like it was going to be a goal fest when it started D v C but there were a few tactical changes which opened it up. On the stats we were unlucky to lose, but that's the way it goes sometimes, gg dude
I was hoping Phillips might be enough to cover a 4 man defence, but might have to rethink that, at least we have Romero coming in this week. At least Nunez finally got on the scoresheet.
Plenty of changes for next week, so onwards and upwards
The first ten minutes of the encounter between PSV and Feyenoord were turbulent as heck with an unprecedented three goals, two by the home-side and one from the visitors. Feyennords P_Goncalves was able to get by defender O_Boscagli to open the scoring in the third, a minute later Q_Timber would score the winner. PSV answered in the seventh with I_Saibari scoring what was to be the visitors only conversion of the match. Luckily for the home supporters the tide turned in favour of the tub boys who were able to add to their lead on two other occasions, once in the forty seventh from defender F_Bjorkan and again in eighty fifth by striker O_Idrissi. A positive turn of events in comparison tho the shellacking at the hands of Cardiff.
We got back to winning ways after two games without a win, but it was far from convincing and Valencia can count themselves unlucky that they did not get anything from the game as they were the better side, however, we dug in, showed some great resolve and ground out the three points that see's us go back to the top of the table.
Off and running with a very decent point away in Amsterdam. We put in a good performance generally through the match but found ourselves a goal behind with 10 minutes to go, but Lacazette popped up with a vital equaliser to get us a point and continue Lyon's 3 game unbeaten run in the league. Hopefully we can continue to build on this and stay away from the bottom of the table.
