Appologies for making the game unreadable. Rushed the sheet on a busy Sunday, so we had players changing positions every second and the game was unreadable for a huge chunk of it.

Between the lines, we deserved the win, the stats would suggest anyway. But it's about wins, and its another for the league and a big 3 points. We've got some big games still to come, well I'll say bigger games than this coming up, Champions League just around the corner in particular,so keeping momentum will be key. Glad the front two keep scoring the goals, but Fati deserves the biggest paludits, his form has been outstanding this season thus far.

Southampton 2-1 Aston Villa

We scored first in this encounter but as usual was leaky at the other end. The home side levelled it just before the interval via the penalty spot before going on to win it in the second period. We remain without a League win

Wrong end of a seven goal thriller.Season has started poorly for the blues, PSG next that'll be interesting. Good game mate.

Leeds United 0 - 1 Wolves

Rubbish performance from us today. It just did not go for us and was one of those days. We were the better side and really and truly probably deserved to win on stats but these games happen from time to time, the trick is not to make a habit of them!
I perhaps need to change it up a bit in terms of playstyles and formation's to be less predictable. I think if you constantly concede tactical advantage you We will come a cropper every now and again. More thought needed I think. Good start has been halted, so we need to get back on track.

Sheffield United 1 - 5 Arsenal

With four games unbeaten in the league so far for Arsenal, thy made a double over the Sheffield sides and followed up last rounds win over Wednesday with a win over United in round five to keep the good start to the season going. A double from Chiesa, Correa and Isak chipped in with a goal a piece before sub Sallai hit his second of the season from the bench to please a delightd Arsenal gaffer ;

" Really pleased once again with the players and the win. Five games in, unbeaten and playing well is the exact tonic to start the season with. We certainly wont get carried away as its very early days but comparing this start to the last couple of seasons we have certainly turned it round and to have a sensible points tally, come the end of the season thse will b vital as we are usually playing catch-up after five games but really pleased that this isn't the case so far so we just hope we can continue this kind of form going ahead ".
