    Blackburn Rovers 4-3 MANCHESTER UNITED

Not good enough, but being honest I felt we'd lose this game, as we've hit a run of losing 1/6 games so this was our time. On another day we get the rub of the green or snag a draw but we didn't do enough today to get over the line.

No issues today but from being depleted with 1 player for at least 1/3 of the season missing someone, we scraped our way to 5 being, to go back to square one. so we're doing all we can to maintain 3rd, and potentially make changes for next season.

      Aston Villa 8 - 1 Stoke City

Its games like this you feel more for your opponents feelings than what you do your own. Not much more to say than this was our day, a day where everything just went our way. Lautaro Martinez was star performer for us today netting a hat trick backed up with a brace from Mo Salah as well as attacking midfield man Raphina. Luiz Diaz also getting in on the act with a solitary goal.

        Chelsea 3 - 1 Barnsley

Last game in caretaker charge of Chelsea ends with a win over plucky Barnsley who have done well this season, to push up into 4th spot in the league. Two players will be back from sus/inj for the next round so back to full strength for the return of the mack daddy, the gaffer, the real AB, Andy Babbs.

          Chelsea 3-1 Barnsley

We tend to play sides with an exceptional manager caretaking and we usually come off second best. We fancied our chances of sneaking something out of this game due to their two big outs, but at the end of the day, we didn't get it right plus the huge gap in class was enough to see a strong Chelsea side win quite reasonably. No complaints here, except the fact we played against Steve T. Cheers. Season over for Barnsley...can't really drop out of Europe, and have stuffed up a potential top 12 finish.

            Arsenal 2 - 3 Liverpool

Back to back defeats coming at the wrong end of the season for us as we slump to a loss against Liverpool but to be honest, its harsh on us, especially to lose so late in the game. Playing a 17 rater in defence isnt ideal but the lack of squad depth is playing a key part in failing to win these games with injuries and suspensions coming thick and fast. The end of the season cannot come soon enough for us so we can welcome the new signings and move forward.
