    Nottingham Forest 5 - 1 Leicester City

Fantastic Forest are up to 9th now in the league! Wild times! Saying when we took them over after about 10/11 games they was bottom of the league by about 4 or 5 points.

Johnson with a hat trick here as he sat on the sidelines the last game through suspension and was obviously raring to go here.
Faivre's two goals pushes him tantialising close to being 18-17 rated.

So a 5-1 win, but it was an even game to be fair and the Foxes can consider themselves unlucky with this outcome. GG Daz.

Big deal conducted last night too with leaders Celtic, which see's our superstar Suso and bog standard defender Aurier leave in return for an upgrade in defender Capa and 21 rated striker Richarlison.

      Feyenoord 3 - 3 Sheffield United

Sheffield's A_Belotti too much to handle for a weakened Feyenoord defence. Truly an outstanding show determination by the opposing forward, netting 3 for the afternoon. The hat-trick was just what the doctor ordered as the visitors returned home with a much deserved one point. The home side were able to put in a decent performance, but with veteran G_Trauner applying his trade at City Ground for Nottingham, defensive talent for Feyenoord has become limited. Adding insult to injury, M_Pederson’s foul in the 34th spells more bad news for Feyenoord’s back line as the defender will be spectating his clubs next match against Valencia at the Mestalla. Manager Buck spoke on the G_Trauner transfer saying that the defenders departure has no only affected the clubs morale; it has also thinned the defensive line somewhat, leaving very little wiggle room. The gaffer also added that Feyenoord is in the midst of transfer talks for a replacement, but the shoes to fill are rather large; it might take some time.

        Real Betis 0 - 1 Villarreal

The home side got the better of us tactically in this game and certainly deserved more out of the tie as we rode our luck and eventually came away with a fortunate victory. It was our star striker Vangelis Pavlidis that stared for us and grabbed the winning goal just before the half hour mark. It was backs to the wall for parts but with some grit and determination we came through it.

          Porto 1 - 1 Atalanta

Still not recaptured our form but much better abs return today and we are making excellent progress with our squad players and getting them their minutes. We might just manage to get all of them enough to stay which would be a hell of an achievement.
We remain thirdd which is decent. Happy enough with this. Well played mate

            PSV 0-2 Celtic

A not entirely unexpected result, given Celtic's squad and our drop off in form.
We played poorly, and didn't deserve anything from the game, gg Sam
Nunez ended up being more villain that hero, missing an early penalty, which might have set tactics to go differently.
It's Celtic's to lose now, as we have a couple of tough away games coming up

              PSV 0-2 Celtic

"Firstly, I want to say fair play to Neil, what a mad couple of weeks, PSV and Celtic have played 3 times and we've been able to come out on the positive end all 3 times, the games could of ended differently, especially today's fixture had Darwin found the net from the spot... but what an incredible run they've been on and to chase them down to make this a scintillating end to probably what will be the most exciting second tier season we've ever had, both teams have some tricky games left and it's going to be a great watch, this is what football is about."

"Today for us it was new hero Julian Alvarez that hit the ground running on his debut, a quite incredible performance with both goals and im really looking forward to what he can achieve here, for is its onto the DBC final.... I've already spoke with Anthony, theres not a nicer bloke in this game, I think we are both proud to be in the final, what an incredible season they've had, the result to me is irrelevant, it will just be great to share this great occasion."

                Nottingham Forest 5-1 LEICESTER CITY

This was never a 5-1 game. 15 shots each team, possession was fairly even (53-47) and all stats pretty much the same.
I think the major difference was Leicester having to play a couple of 'squad' players to give them minutes. Not sure how long they've been unmanaged for but should JUST be able to get them the minutes they require.
