    Feyenoord 1 - 0 Nottingham Forest

We're getting the tackles in as we wanted, but didn't get the luck in the actual game with a disallowed goal and a late missed penalty from Suso preventing us from getting anything from the game. GG Travis.

86th minute rookie keeper mistake, would have been a heart breaker. Yes a bit of bad luck, had the keeper beaten. Not to many threats at goal from both sides in this match.

    Villarreal 2 - 2 Celtic

I would have taken a point all day long before this match took place but the way it panned out we have to be disappointed at not ending up with all three. An early goal for us set us on our way as we counter attacked Celtics usual choice of tactic and found ourselves two goals to the good just past the hour mark. The opposition though are a very dangerous team and pulled a goal back very quickly, with the game going from end to end it was a last gasp leveller from Celtic that grabbed the headline, equalising with the very last kick of the game.

      Feyenoord 1 - 0 Nottingham Forest

A warm welcome by the home supporters for keeper L_Chevalier who not to long ago graced the hollowed grounds at De Kuip. The crowd showed their appreciation for the ex keeper by chanting his moniker CHEVY!! throughout the match, the keeper reciprocated by saluting the fans. Feyenoords S_Szymanski who is on a goal scoring tear of late was the lone scorer, beating Chevalier in the 40th of the first half. The halfback was able to get a clear shot at net after feinting his way past attacking midfielder D_Malen.

I_Pandur’s performance in his first full match was good enough to earn him another start at the weekend in place of the injured A_Muric. Feyenoord will be travelling to Vicarage Road for a mid-table encounter.

Feyenoord is in optimal form showing 5 wins and 1 loss in their last 6 matches. This weekends match against Watford will be a true test.

        Eintracht Frankfurt 1 - 2 FC Porto H_Ziyech (65) L_Trossard (7) T_Hazard (sent off 79) S_Eustaquio (88)

Excellent result for Porto against a fellow high flier. We decided to go with L which I really do not use very often, it worked a treat and we had the better of the game. Not by miles but I think we were worth the win. They managed to equalize but also got a red card and we kept going until the last kick of the game when we nicked the winner. Top result this one, happy with that.

Well played Ant, you aren't out of it yet, lot's of games still to go.

          Ajax 1-3 PSV
Tight game, but fortunately we were clinical enough to overcome the D/C from Ajax.
I'm sure Ajax have been a bit of a bogey team for me before, so delighted to have come through this game. ul dude
11 in a row now! what's going on. Hopefully Hazard wasn't our lucky player, as he's on his way out this week for a younger lad.
Nice to see a tiny bit of daylight to the teams below, but there's no catching Porto, well done Tim
Unfortunately Digne is out next game, but at least that encourages me to play a lad for minutes

            Sunderland 0 - 3 Atalanta

First game back as caretaker and what a great day to be back great result a solid performance we were far superior and its good to be back here as I enjoy life at Atalanta didn't know how we'd perform with Jota no longer here but the new lad they signed Sadiq did well and got on scoresheet along with main man taremi unlucky David great game.
