Sociedad 0-1 Barnsley
We absolutely fluffed it and exit the completion. Fair play to Anthony and his side, they more than deserved to progress. For us though we were so disappointing, no threat in attack and vulnerable in defence. Ach so annoyed!
Ultimately though the league is the priority but this was such a great chance to have a go at silverware.
Well played Anthony, nicely done. Good luck in the semi final.

Sociedad 0-1 Barnsley
Very kind words from the Real Sociedad manager who is doing brilliantly in the chaotic EFL. We did deserve this win, but in truth not a lot of action from both sides in this game, we were fortunate that Ryan Kent bagged a great solo goal and we managed to keep it tight at the back as we move into our second semi final of the season. Honoured to have made it this far but the other three sides have so much quality it will be a huge backs against the wall job against whoever we are drawn to play. Unlucky Freddie all the best for the remainder of the season.

Boro 4-8 PSV
Mad game, but delighted to progress to the semi's
We were behind 2-1 and 3-2, but once we changed tactics the goals started to flow, and it looks comprehensive.
Over the two legs we deserved to progress, but Boro gave it a good go, ul dude
En Nesyri keeps us his impressive goal scoring record, and we look forward to the draw, though all other 3 sides left are likely to cause us problems. 10 in a row

A straightforward loss no complaints with Leipzig's poor performance well done the Eagles and good luck in the semi finals. Burchert made 10 saves the whole game and that tells the story of Palace's dominance. With this form Leipzig will head out of the EFL but that is no surprise.

Fulham 0-2 Celtic
"Impressed with the lads to turn the leg round, Neymar with a great performance before he departs, its been a shorter stay for the Brazilian but one that will be remembered just as fondly as the first time he played for us, the scottish cold is too much for the lad and a move to southern France was definitely more appealing to the lad, this probably wont be the last encounter we have with Neymar but for now we wish him the best. We probably deserved more out of the first leg and got nothing and deserved less out of this leg and got everything, not to say we played poorly there was some great performances out there, when you are trailing a goal and you go away from home needing a result it takes a different approach and a different character and we got that today, very pleased to progress, a very tough semi final whatever the draw is."
