well that went perfectly, DDG out, De Paul out, cup,,,,,, out lol

dicked by banks jnr and rightly so.

we couldn’t get going and were taken to pieces by the superior side.

the game was over (and the tie) on the 43rd minute.

ironically we have to face banks and banks without DDG, wicked.

I'm a little disappointed not to gain an advantage from this first leg given our dominance throughout and clear superiority on the stats. That's FFO sometimes though and it's still a pleasing performance anyway and we hopefully can put them to the sword at home in the second leg. The strikers definitely had an off day today, so hopefully in the 2nd leg they will be in better form.

Juventus 4 - 0 Lazio

Coming into the game we knew that Lazio would have a 17 rated GK in for today's game so we knew we had to take advantage of this so opted for all out attack.

We expected Lazio to try to keep the score down with wither C or D but they shocked us with P but they only held out 3 minutes as long time Roma target A_Isak put us into the lead.

11 minutes later, our captain (Nuno_Mendes) pulled up injured and had to be replaced and he'll miss the next 2 games as a result of that injury.

Despite our leader leaving the field with a limp, we piled on the pressure and added goals 2 & 3 on minutes 20 & 26.
the goals coming from N_Gonzalez & C_DeKetelaere respectively.

We made it 4-0 and some will say, wrapped up the tie, on 43 minutes as N_Gonzalez scored a 2nd to record an unlikely brace from the defensive midfield position.

The second half didn't yield any more goals, but was very even with both teams having spells of pressure on the opposition and the game ended 4-0.

Statistically it was a fairly even game, with Lazio dominating possession but were wasteful with their chances while we were much better in front of goal.

J_Gvardiol rates up to 20 TK and a few others are very close to rating in in main/secondary so this will make us that bit stronger for the later stages of the season.

A huge step in the direction of the semi finals but we won't get ahead of ourselves as we have another game to play. Good game Drum.
