Ajax 0 - 2 Nottingham Forest
Pretty much a textbook win here on the road for Forest. Now that Muric is 21 rated it does give us some protection to actually play a bit now. Larsson had a great game in the DM slot, and has been an astute signing for us if I do say so myself. Goals from soon to be rating up Aurier and Awoniyi took home the three points. -
Villarreal 3 - 2 Norwich City
The away side made their intentions clear from the start how they planned on approaching this game and that was on the front foot. That approach initially paid off for them as they shot into the lead although we were soon back on level terms. City continued to push hard but we picked them off nicely as by the midway point in the second period we found ourselves comfortably 3-1 to the good and cruising. The away side did score again late on but that proved to be just a consolation for them.

Another solid performance and win today. Great to keep the positive results going. Had a full squad to chose from today for the first time in a while and we went for it playing A and 4 up too for the full 90 minutes. It proved too much for them to handle in a game we always felt we should be winning. It’s good to see it through though.

Frankfurt 5-1 Valencia
A little speechless by this one...two 5-1's in a row at home. Sees us equal first at the halfway point. A long way to go, with most of the top 7-8 hosting us next time round, which I hope isn't the ultimate difference between us, Porto, Celtic or PSV winning the league. Others could make a late charge, anything can happen in football. For now, we will savior this very impressive victory against a great side and manager. Cheers.Comment

Betis 2-2 PSV
Pretty open game with lots of chances, and a draw about the right result based on the stats
They started with the counter on us, and went ahead, but things changed around as the game went on.
We didn't get the equaliser till after the 70th minute, and they then went ahead again, so pleased with the lads to come back again.
Suso scored again, and has uprated and a few others getting closer. gg dude
About where I thought we'd be at halfway, will keep on pushing.
