Teamsheets MUST be in by 3pm on Game Day
BONANZA DETAILS COMING SOON
Simply poor effort infront of goal and simply a terrible result against a team we should've beaten. It's a case of us being wasteful and Bristol finding their moments to take the points. We can't say too much, in the end we have a few players now rating up in skills ahead of Mondays derby so hopefully we'll pull our fingers out. I give Jon huge praise on his result, he's a manager I've always had respect for and huge well done to him.
It's a massive game on Monday like I say, but we need big improvements on the last few games for sure. Since smashing Palace we've dropped standards which isn't good enough and changes will be made if we have to.
Some win this one against a top, top side and manager. I expected a thought game but didn’t expect the feast of football that was served up. It was a bit of a classic. I am thinking perhaps daz was expecting an E but we rolled out the 5-2-3 machine against their N. We definitely deserved all three points today, they fired plenty at us but we fired more back in return.
Wiffy Zaha went into beast mode and got a hat trick, shockingly managing to stay on his feet long enough and stop moaning long enough to make an impact.
With Man united, Chelsea and Villa all dropping points it’s a good round for us. But that’s all it is , one good round and one lot of three points for us, so we need to move on and carry this form into Sunday nights game.
played Daz, cracking game, all the best for the rest until we play again.

Ah well we was fucking about all day in work about who’s gonna take this one honestly didn’t see myself winning but I’m buzzing to finally get a win defo did Mike dirty going D after going one up but he taught me that haha good game mate
The game didn't start well for us losing a defender to injury just a few minutes in and it was the away side who took the initiative with two quick fire goals just before the half time interval that ultimately turned this match. We pulled one back shortly into the second period but sort of huffed and puffed after that point struggling to get back into the game. Yet another injury hit us before the game was over, our treatment table this season has been very over used.
A very even game, and we have changed our approach this season and are delighted to pick up a point here. Positives: Mollet becomes 19 14, and Maddison becomes 18 15. Two very strong players who I would love at Frankfurt haha. Negative: We scored the opener and then conceded IN THE SAME MINUTE. My gosh, fools need to pay more attention. At the end of the day we are very happy with a draw against an excellent manager and side. GG mate.
A very even matched game and the two teams shared the points. The home side opened the score but a few seconds later Myron Boadu leveled. We had a goal disallowed in the second hald but it was only fair the game ended in a draw.
When I saw we had TA to go along with our HA I thought we might just have a bit of a chance here. But against such a top side and quality manager we knew we had our work cut out for us. And so it transpired as City dominated early and two goals after only 20 minutes blew us away. Although to be fair after that we knuckled down and created a few chances of our own. The controversies then kicked in and the ref showed his sky blue leanings as we were denied two stone wall penalties. The first came just before half time as Reece Oxford was clearly pulled in the penalty area. The second came in the 50th minute when again Oxford had his shirt pulled in the box and both ref and VAR let it go.......again. To rub salt into the wound City then scored a third goal to truly seal the deal. We kept at it and got our consolation goal courtesy of Cody Gakpo a minute later. But it was all too little too late. Stats wise we weren't a million miles away and certainly better than the scoreline suggests, but yet again our finishing let us down. Hopefully we can remedy that with the imminent arrivals of Gabriel Veron and Youri Tielemans.
Very well played Nick. Oh what might have been with a different neutral ref lol
Our next game is an away trip to Goodison to take on Everton.
Our worst performance this season. Southampton got their tactics right and countered us with N against A. We were completely toothless and fully deserved to loose. Played Jaime.
A solid performance from the lads and getting 3 goals and keeping clean sheet against a good side were very happy let's hope we can continue to playing well we've started better than we done in previous seasons but we've a better squad so hopefully we can keep improving and finish a season in a good position.
To be fair to Todd, I think Chelsea got away with a point in this one, so the Hammers can count themselves unlucky not to have won. West Ham were the slightly better side on the day, and with better finishing would have indeed claimed the 3pts.Unlucky Todd.
Our last three league games have seen us concede four, score and now concede four again so its clear that this season is yet to be another classic in which we just cannot get going and find our stride.
I think we were a bit unfortunate to walk away with nothing from this going by the stats, we all know that stats don't win games but we gave them a good game and were pretty much equal to them in all areas but they were clinical in the final third and continue the fantastic start that Tim has been on.
