If we are going to maintain our presence in the DPT we need to be winning games like these.
On paper the two teams are fairly evenly matched, the biggest difference being Sadio Mane up front for Napoli being stronger than anything we had going forwards.
We had an appeal for a penalty early in the match but the appeal was rejected - following that the match was even with both teams registering a number of attempts on goal - we managed more shots on target than Napoli but couldn't beat Vlachodimos in the Napoli goal.
With about 15 minutes left Napoli scored through Ugarte and immediately the Napoli manager instructed his team to take a thoroughly defensive mentality which we couldn't break down.
A 1-0 defeat in a game we should have got something out of, onwards and upwards from here!
