Teamsheets MUST be in by 3pm on Game Day
BONANZA DETAILS COMING SOON
Expected a tough game and we got it but managed to hang on to earn the three points. Chris has really turned Schalke around and they are having a good season so to get the win is a big plus for us.
In terms of a team performance it was probably one of our best this campaign and given the amount of attempts we had we should have score more.
Lots of ABs gains which is great but we are in a bit of a predicament as to whether to go for a very outside chance of promotion and play a strong team as we can each week or make sure the squaddies get their minutes. Tough one to decide.
Played Chris, unlucky.
Our opponents Bristol City did have the better of us in this game and certainly deserved the victory, just as most teams do when playing against us although we did give today's home side a few things to think about in this encounter. After initially going a goal down we ended up taking the lead by the halfway mark and were well in the game but it was the Robins who dictated the second period and ended up comfortable winners.
Nice performance and result from the lads, the stats were well in our favour, but to hit six was still surprising.
We started with the C, but changed things around. Lozano and Boadu had good games, but it was a good all round performance.
We have a full strength squad back for the next game, and a couple of big negotiations ongoing, so plenty to look forward to from the fans. Too late to make a run this season, but time to build for the next.
