MANCHESTER UNITED 1-1 Aston Villa

Well, that was a dire game!

We lead early and once it was C v C Villa got a foothold and after that it just turned uneventful where we might as well ended the game after the 11th minute.

We tried something different, and it didn't work as we hoped but trial and error I guess. But we'll go again ahead of a big week.

Had issues with my laptop where every time I opened anything to do my sheet it crashed so once I could get something together I just threw in the final save!

Manchester United 1 - 1 Aston Villa

This a game that didn't exactly thrill despite the home side finding the back of our goal just six minutes into the game via a delicate Jadon Sancho chip shot. It wasn't long after that opener before the game was back on level terms this time a screamer by the Villa forward Laurato Martinez giving the United keeper no chance of making a save. The remainder of the tie petered out really with not many chances created by both teams. Not a game that will be fondly remembered by the supporters.

Crystal Palace 3-1 Newcastle United

Two wins on the bounce and now 5 points clear of relegation. That is how tight it is at the bottom currently. This might well be our biggest win of the season as well. We played much better today but were helped that we had the tactical bonus and home bonus. I now need to look at my players minutes and that might shake things up a bit.

Another game we were the better side, and yet again lose.Im losing the will to live here.Well done Darren you robbed us there.

Stunning win for us today. We played extremely well and got the victory we deserved. No clean sheet but very clinicasl at least.

Definitely an up turn of late and after a hiccup last time out we are back in our groove after today.

Zaha nearly rated up now and Alisson is just 3 abs away so that will be a big help at either end of the pitch. Number wise and first eleven strength we are actually looking really good so let's hope this good form reflects that.

Top performance today. Palyed Todd. Can we play West Ham every week?

Man City 0-0 Leicester

Soz Nick, We had one intention from this game, and the point is what we got.
I couldn't bring myself to start with the D, so went C for the first half before switching.
It was a fairly even game, which I see as a big achievement given the gulf in class, and happy with the point, ul dude
Doing ok at the moment, not sure we can climb a great deal higher, but fingers crossed.

Arsenal 2 - 1 Chelsea

A win in a London derby is always a good result and despite the performances in them this season, we have done well bringing the points home today. We were second best in this one as the stats prove but we managed to get a vital three points from a side higher than us in the league. Pleased with the result, not so much the performance but the bigger picture is the main thing.

Tottenham 3-0 Barnsley

I think? I don’t want to go back and check. An okay performance but Spurs were very clinical and we went from second best defence to not after this result. We must pick up a win or two in the next couple of weeks otherwise the battle gets even harder.
