Leeds United 1 - 2 Aston Villa
Same old, same old...........We were the better team by a long, long way. Dominated the stats but as ever this season we end up coming away with nothing and that undeservedly dumps us out of the FA Cup at the 2nd to last hurdle.
This cup run was the only good point to this season to be honest so now it has come to an end I am gutted. Would have been great to have got my hands on a trophy which has always evaded me.
I will look forward to another bending over by the engine on Friday.

Have to admit we were fortunate to get through this game on the winning side. Yes we were pretty conservative with our set up but I am still rather surprised at the limited amount of shots we produced on the day. With just three shots on target we scored twice compared to the opposition's 1 goal from 10 attempts on target. Maybe the gods were with us for this game or maybe other factors played a part, whatever nice to get through to another final. Just one thing stopping us now, or maybe it's a big thing lol.

Arsenal 2 - 3 Manchester City
Well we crash out at the semi final stage against a strong City side. We gave it a good go and it took a narrow score line to beat us but in all fairness they were much better than us. Yet again though we go down 3-2 after going ahead in the game. If the D tactic is as tough as some say then maybe its time to start joining them and rolling it out to try and hold onto a game.
No complaints though, Nick fully deserves his place in the final. Well played mate and best of luck to you in the final.Comment
