Teamsheets MUST be in by 3pm on Game Day
BONANZA DETAILS COMING SOON
We've not had a result like this in a while, and today we showed we can approach the game in multiple ways, as we tried a few different things throughout the game and man for man it was a great team display. It's 3 wins in a row and we need this form to continue, I believe the next 2 games are more than winnable for us, and as long as we maintain our professionalism and perform like we have done more recently, we need as much momentum as possible for the next half of the season.
Newcastle United 0 - 3 Leeds United
W_Zaha (8) T_Tomiyasu (sent off 37) Jordi_Alba (46) Pedro_Neto (66)
Really handy win for us this one and continues what is amazingly given our season so far, a very good run of form. Nothing too different from the 15 or so games that proceeding but we are now just getting what we deserve from games.
In truth, today the stats were reasonably even but obviously getting a player sent off in the first half is almost certainly the reason for that. Our superior strike force was able to be clinical today and we end up with a valuable three points and just as valuably continuing this run of good form.
With a FA cup semi final coming off the sending off for Tomiyasu is pretty gut wrenching, that is going to be a massive miss for us in that game so there is most certainly a down side to this good result.
Cheers geordies, played

With two of the blades midfield generals missing we thought we could capitlise despite the skill level differences across the park. The blades have the worst defensive record, but it was today they kept a clean sheet as we couldn't find a way past their keeper. a dominant display, and I guess, being positive, another vital point which puts us into 14th. It was disappointing not to win considering every team below us also failed to win. Keeps us scarily close to the drop zone. GG Kelsey.
Can’t really complain at our performance today just that we were thwarted by a late sucker punch. Tried to remain positive with our play throughout and looked all set to take maximum points until Leicester broke away to equalise with the last kick of the game. We had led the game on two separate occasions thanks to a brace from Luka Jovic but the opposition had the last laugh thanks to a last gasp levelling goal.
1 nil up with 5 minutes to go and we concede a heartbreaking equaliser. The 3 points would have been so good to our survival hopes.
The stats show we were good value for the win but stats don’t win games. Very pleased with the performance and I’m hoping for a settled side and a few more points as we get to the half way point!
De Jong to be captain from halfway to fire us to safety?
Another defeat and now in the bottom two. After going behind we managed to grab a leveller and it looked like we were going to take a point but Arsenal grabbed the winner in the 82nd minute. Really disappointing. Halfway stage of the season and considering my options at the moment. Maybe it's time to move on.
Bit of a harsh result on Palace really to lose this one as they matched us throughout really and to lose a game late on like that is harsh as weve found out recently. None the less though, we make it back to back wins after a few poor defeats which we really needed thanks to Dest and Chiesa.
The season is continuing to be a washout in the league really and Im still convinced that something isn't right with so many cricket scores littering the leagues but we move on and focus on the cup semi final we have next.
Decent point on the road for us here, and happy with it, given we were playing away against a stronger side.
We were lucky looking at the stats, but we played fairly adventurously and got the reward for that.
It started with the P's but toward the end we chucked everything at them, and attacking mid Powell kept up his good scoring record with the late equaliser. Ul Ian.
Sneaked out of the bottom group for a game at least, let's hope it stays that way
