Teamsheets MUST be in by 3pm on Game Day
BONANZA DETAILS COMING SOON
The teams on paper show a big gulf in class between them. So not expecting much from the game I tried something I’ve not done this season and went C.
We took the lead but couldn’t keep it. The stats showing the home side deserved and took all 3 points. We have some more transfers tomorrow and 1 next week if they don’t work I fear for the season.
Fair result on the balance of play, but Im disappointed with a point from a home game. Of course I have to take into consideration the strength of the opposition which was good, and the good run we are currently enjoying, but that said its two points dropped and I cant be happy about that. However upwards and onwards or what the saying is, and bring on the next side. Good game mate
A rather conservative game played by both sides that meant chances on goal were not all that easy to come by. Chelsea scored in the first minute of the game and we then played a style of game that we don't normally use, this however did pay off as we found a levelling goal before the end of the first half. The point for each team probably the fairest result even if the game wasnt a huge spectacle as far as the crowd was concerned.
Another concerning thrashing but also not the game to conclude whether or not a tactic is likely to be used again. It also doesn't help that our two best midfielders were out. This was never a game we were going to get anything out of but our freefall down the league in recent weeks is a real concern. We are really in a relegation battle now and need to sort it out. We are bolstering our midfield but we may need to look in other areas too.
Another victory against Hamza's Liverpool, and to beat the bin dippers on their own patch is always sweet.
Happy enough with the display, and very happy with the continued form of Adeyemi who's doing exceptional infront of goal, we're happy with his returns.
But, nothing to sing and dance about, still a lot to do over the coming weeks, we're 7 points adrift and thats not good enough, even though we knew we'd be taking a hit this season.
A dominant performance that hardly bore out in the score line but we did manage to finish 2 of our many chances which thank god was enough for the 3 points today. As I said we did play well even against the tactical advantage. With all due respect to Stoke they are a side we'd expect to be beating but that means nothing and doesn't always translate. So as usual I am pretty pleased with the performance and for a change I am pretty pleased with the result. A valuable 3 points for us and actually an OK little run.
Cheers Bridgey, played

Lively one this, with plenty of chances for both sides. It perhaps could have gone either way, but we were more clinical on the day.
It started off an attacking fest, and we went ahead, but Blackburn came back to 2-1 up, and we switched tactics around a bit, and got back in front. It took a fairly late goal from Bellotti to settle matters though, ul dude.
Just as well we won, otherwise we'd have been bottom! But up to 17th, though it is incredibly tight
My first North London derby in charge of Arsenal and it ends with us getting one over our rivals for the first time playing them. On the back of three defeats on the bounce, we needed to stop the rot and went into the game quite a way behind Spurs in the table. Both sides played a decent enough game and created plenty of chances and after going a goal down after 63 minutes, we sparked into life and managed to get two past them through Dest and Kocku to get a decent win over a strong Spurs side who are flying this season.
Near the half way mark and we are well below where I feel we should be, lots of work needed to get up the table but this round was all about beating our rivals and we managed to do that.
Scored fairly early and then took the decision to shut up shop. Points are vital. The side played well, but we kind of expected a win here as Southampton had a few missing. Still, we needed it, as we may be in 15th but are incredibly only three points from bottom. An incredibly tight league. So we are delighted with the three points here.
