trying to find a way to break Leeds down is never easy.

But on the 14th minute Kylian Mbappe finally started to repay the faith in him, to put us 1-0 up, only for Leeds to reply within 4 minutes to level the tie,

on 24 mins the push was halted by losing DDG to injury. (We will write off the next game then!!)

But our best player on the day, Araujo) popped in a 2nd on 29 mins, to make things tough on Leeds.

so so tough they scored in 3 minutes this time (lol) 2-2.

The main thing to take away from this is that we got the point we needed to send us through and top of the group to boot.
Actually though this game almost typifies our season. Stats wise we weren't just the better team on the day, we were miles better and really, really should have won this game. De Gea was injured and even with a backup keeper in net for the majority of the game, we were still not able to come out on top despite that and our domination........ and that's just how the season has gone really.
Anyhow, the positive is that we are through and seeded for the next round draw, not that the seeding status will make much difference given the similar level of the teams that have gone through.

Pleased to see off 'Pool and ensure top spot ... Kadabarek given a rare start at the back and didn't disappoint ..
