We gave it a good shot, and had the best of the tactical battle but didn't get the luck on the night verses a superior team. We did take the lead though with a goal from Dalot and tried to lock it down, but PSG were back level within 20 mins or so. A late goal from Ramos on 81 minutes was gutting as we could see the cup slipping away but we did look to have pulled it back level ourselves with a goal from De Jong just a minute later, but for some incredious reason the referee decided to disallow a perfectly good goal and PSG ran out the winners. We can bemoan the disallowed goal and a couple of injuries too, but at the end of the day we was always the underdogs and PSG were the better team on the night so congrats to them on their double cup win.
