So I’m am gonna throw my name in the hat, I know the results haven’t been as good as they should have been for Villa and lazio, but I’ve been on limited resources, and struggling with outside life factors, I’d love to have a stab with a top team, and Madrid is a top side.

I’m not going to say I’ll carry on what Steve and Ian have done, I’ll honour deals if they have been done, as long as they benefit the team,

Would like a crack at Ab, Ed and the other EFL managers again,

I have just given my notice on another esms, so I have to focus on just 1, not saying the other 1 is poor because it’s not, it was just time to back off and chill a bit. I didn’t give the focus to it I should have.

Would like to have so serious cup runs, it’s not that I haven’t tried where I am, it I’ve come up against better and stronger opponents.

Real Madrid are a top side, and whoever gets them will have to live up to the name.

I have even thought it’s time for media to be done, so I will have to put the effort in.

My biggest critic is myself. If I don’t do well I hate it.

    Thanks

      Gonna put my name in.

Have had one big job in FFO 1 at Liverpool and unfortunately due to health reasons had to pull the plug on that.

Would love the chance to take on Real.

Feel I’ve done a consistently good job at clubs I’ve been at.
Got Sociedad promoted to EFL1 and then had a good season there in the top league.
Took on Brum and have built a young side with lots of potential. Took them to a top half finish last season with the lowest wage bill in FFO.
Alongside that very nearly got Villarreal promoted as caretaker. When I took over they were bogged in midtable.

Jobs like this don’t come along often so putting my name in the hat.

      Cheers

PS. Would ask that I can honour deals already agreed for Leverkusen so to not mess other clubs over.

Now, I’m fully committed to the long term Wolfsburg project and have no intention to leave.

However, there are two complete and utter tool bags hellbent on forcing JB out the game and creating the death of FFO. And there’s no point me playing a long game at Wolfsburg if Dick and Dom go and ruin it and make the game a short game rather than a long game.

So, I’m applying for Real Madrid based on the short game, not the long game. My aim would be to simply win the title and the champions league and stop Dick from winning the champions league again.

As I said. Long term I’d like to stay at Wolfsburg but happy to be interviewed for this role should the long term not exist.

Ok, why not to take the chance?

Missed on Bayern's job, but took over Barcelona just because nobody else wanted it, so don't feel like I am just swapping teams like if I were swapping underwear (or maybe I am?)

Cannot let pass a chance at Real Madrid, they are possibly the strongest and most balanced team in the EFL, and would not need much work done more than making them win a treble, I feel like I am the manager they need to match their potential and their actual power.

Long term just needs minor tweaks in Defense to bring down age in 1-2 seasons from now, but in the short term Ian built a powerful machine that only Andy or Ed could stop, so they need a manager with stable business tactic and mentally up to take against the mindgames from the other managers.

I know about the pressure of managing a large team like this and the pressure weighting on the shoulders of a team that can not see defeats on their path.
