First of all I have to tell you that next season was always going to be my final season in the game, that was already planned and I was going to announce this just before this coming season got underway. Unfortunately I have now decided to step down with immediate effect. I am not going into the reasons why I have suddenly come to this decision but ask you all to respect that decision. I came into this game at the start of season two, that's probably around 20 years ago now and honestly it has been a blast and an enjoyable experience that I will never forget but all good things have to come to an end at some point. In February I will turn 66 years of age and will also retire from work and aim to pursue other ventures.
I can't leave without saying a huge thankyou to Jon in particular for all the work he puts into keeping this game running like a well oiled machine despite all the flack he has to put up with and also a big thank you to his admin team Nick and Johnboy who are very level headed and fair people. My advice, look after all three of them, respect and appreciate them, they are the kingpins and the real heroes of FFO.
Finally to whoever gets the Real Madrid job. I have 2 major deals and also a loan deal lined up, if you wish to honour those deals then contact me on Discord and I will give you the details.
